19Made me sit outside for 30 minutes, waiting for the food I ordered in the drive through. Went inside and they apologized saying that they haven't even started Making my food. They started and it took less then 5 minutes to cook it. Plus food is honestly trash. 2/5 cause they apologized.
My honest opinion, well I have been eating at this particular Panda Express since it opened. And can honestly say the food and service are very disappointing.
Terrible service and even worse terrible food. My meat was raw and with my receipt and the food they STILL wouldn't refund me.
Came to this panda and ordered the family meal deal. As soon as I asked for it the server said it would be a 30 min wait. We said it would be okay, and as soon as we said it was fine she started talking rudely and with attitude.
They never have what I want it’s always you’ll have to wait 10-15 minutes. I went yesterday 11/19/22 ask for grilled chicken wait 10 minutes so I said nevermind I will have walnut shrimp they said oh that’s 15 minutes wait also. Bad service never have anything ready. Knowing it’s a drive thru.
Manager has no clue! She was rude Said what you want us to remake it? No sorry, no courtesy at all, horrible customer service! Went trough drive thru for a bigger plate chow Meir was dry tasteless no veggies, beyond orange chicken was dry cold, beef broccoli had no flavor seemed like the broccoli was just steamed and thrown in the beef was super salty and old. Manager says want us to remake it I said yes she says it’s gonna be a while for the beef broccoli, I said no problem. They served me the same rice and chow Meir didn’t even make a new one, the orange chicken was the same all cold and tasteless (sauceless). Beef and brocolli was just as bad. Chef that weekend sucked! When I worked here at this location my fried rice and chow Meir was the best super flavorful. Panda just sucks I Guess!

Don’t let the negative reviews stop you from eating here, I’ve been eating here since I moved to Los Banos in 2005, and it’s a great place! The food is amazing and tasteful. But since Los Banos has been growing over the years that’s why the wait time is a bit more longer than usual “that’s something to consider when going during lunch time or after school hours “ as it could be busy! I normally only go to panda when I don’t want to make dinner, around 6: 30pm -8pm and I’ve never had any issues! Love the Beijing beef and mushroom chicken! The organ he chicken is always good as well! I’m actually going right now?
Ordered off the app to have the incorrect food delivered my place. Nothing more irritating than to pay for something you didn't receive.
This location is trash, my orders are rarely right, cold, minuscule serving size, or just disgusting. Tonight I had a 30 minute wait on a mobile order that said it was ready at 6, they somehow lost it and when I did get it found a long strip of plastic in my steamed vegetables. I'm done, this is just ridiculous.
HORRIBLE. Orange chicken NASTY. Chow mein NO FLAVOR. Teriyaki chicken …. COLD. Food was bland with in addition that the orange chicken almost tasted sour and not fully cooked and on top of all of this, I tried calling the store to let them know about my unpleasant experience but NOBODY picked up… just a bad place overall.
I hope ever customer reads this! The owner of this facility should be ashamed and so should the employees, they made me wait 45 minutes because they want to act ignorant and not take peoples food outside because they hate their jobs, it’s not the customers fault you employees don’t like it you get paid to do a job so do it. I was told to park even though my order said it was ready and I had ordered 15 minutes before that I had to pull up to the window again just to ask for my order a second time just to be told sorry, sorry doesn’t pay for time or gas why apologize for stupid behaviors people like that will always be sorry for life. So angry right now I hope business goes out for this place.
The orange chicken was fresh, always get a healthy serving of food here. Like to eat outside, had in car with air on.
I need to get the bowl next time, just wish I could get smaller portions. Because I want the 2 entrée and rice and noodles too

Ask for diet coke and you get regular. Just went through and asked for mushroom chicken and got orange chicken. Terrible. Never going back.
Panda Express in Los Banos is losing its touch. This used to be a great place to eat but lately the food portions are smaller, taste is bland and overall flavor is not the same anymore. Noodle are dry, meat is tough and just seem like Panda doesn’t care as much as it used to. This is just my opinion.

Food tasted like if was from a day before the only fresh item was the walnut shrimp. I regret going there too early very bad food.
The employees are so rude. We went a few months ago to drive thru and we asked for chili sauce and they acted like it was such a exceptional request. Went again today and we tried to order online but order didn't go through, no big deal we tried to just order at the speaker and they asked us to drive around again after 3 cars behind us. Umm no.what a rude request. We knew what we wanted it didn't take long after finding out our mobile order didn't go through. Then we asked for chili sauce and the lady at the window roller her eyes. I'm sorry if you don't like your job maybe you should look somewhere else not in customer service because that is unacceptable. It wasn't even busy at the time we went.
I'm honestly so appalled at the way employees treat customers now aday. I'm a business owner myself and if my employee treated a customer this way I would seriously reconsider hiring people that appreciate work.
Danny and I love going to Panda Express we order the bowls my favorite is honey nut shrimp with chow main he ordered teriyaki chicken with chow main it was the bomb, definitely love it thank you.
