Panda Express reviews
15Horrible Customer Service. I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes for super greens, which is ludicrous. Then when they get some push back about making us wait even longer, they try making it seem like we're the problem. All the night time employees were hanging around standing doing nothing but talking and flirting horribly with each other. And one of the few employees cleaning the bathrooms walked over to the food and starting touching the food inside the trays with her unwashed hands. Truly a disgusting Panda Express location. Steer clear. NOT WORTH.
I bought two family meals but they served the containers not fully because they were running low on the items. They should order more and ask me to wait to get the containers fully loaded.
It was excellent great customer service fast service and very friendly I went on Sunday night It was great.awesome servicd
We entered 50 minutes before closing, more than half of the food was not available and the little displayed in it looked dry and probably very old.
Employees were annoyed by our arrival at 9: 40 when the restaurant closed at 10: 30.bad experience, luckily they have other locations!
Ordering from the app is painful to pickup here. Almost every time there is something wrong or missing. Good food as it's panda express, just need to double check mobile orders for quality
Always good, although lately the portions seem to b a bit sparse, especially in the bowls.
I have never experienced such incompetence from staff in my entire life. Charged me for something I didn't order. They fixed the amount they overcharged me. I get out to my car and they still gave me the thing I didn't order. I had to go back in twice.
Food was delivered quickly through the drive through. Couldn't have been in line for more than 2 minutes. There was a minor issue with my order but I called and a terrific staff member rectified it for me.
Fernando at the drive through interrupted me twice while I was in the middle of ordering to ask me whether I’m getting chow main or friend rice. He kept speaking over me while I was telling him, if he gave me a chance to speak he would have heard. Then he asked me “if I want to donate to the childrens hospital” I said no thanks, and he said “you don’t even want to round up your change? ” in a rude tone. And I said “no thanks? ” If someone declines it’s unnecessary to ask again and ask in a demeaning manor. I volunteer my time at a Children’s hospital, I do not need to be shamed for not wanting to donate every time I come here. Poor service.
I got a plate 1/2 fried rice 1/2 vegetables and Entrees. Vegetables were so salty, ate a bite had to through the rest away.
Worst food ever I don’t understand why people can’t make good food anymore I just hope I don’t get food poisoning
Training someone at busiest time! Then getting order wrong and asking was your other item teriyaki chicken? Yes psychic it's written on the box! Assclowns
She gave me an ugly look. Literally threw the food like in a garbage can.small portions: smaller than standard: just a kittle bit of entries covered with chow main like a toping. Two entries with chow mein looked like a messy one item.kept re- asking the same question over and over. She said if I complained it will bring more customers to the business. It was late I didn't want to make a show. Awful experience.
They mess up my order every time. They had to have us pull around and park because they were out of the beef item my husband ordered. Then they proceeded to give us the brown rice instead of fried rice, helped 3 ppl who walked in ordering the same item before making our order we had been waiting for. We could see them the whole time laughing and joking with each other taking their time to make and bring our food without any of the sause or utensils we had asked for and half of the order was wrong anyway.
I didn’t think I had to add anything to this but Melanie should be less judgmental when asking someone if we want to donate. And we don’t, we don’t no need to ask again and again.
And give people a chance to think about it if they want something more. Don’t keep repeating “is that it” all over and over. I would of said yes to donating but when you don’t give me a chance to think about wether if I want to add to my order or not I’m gonna say no to donating or even engaging woth you.
Aside from the burnt chicken for my chicken teriyaki and the burnt chow mein, I didn't appreciate asking the cashier to give me fresh soy sauce from the food bar instead of
handing me those packages of soy sauce. She reached reached over the drive through counter top and handed me cold sauce. I didn't like her attitude and the fact she was too lazy to go over the food bar that's less than 10ft away. Next time I'll go to the one in PS. They're more organized. Less attitude and no burnt food. Her name was Mayda S…. Very small portions served not worth the money. Maybe it’s cause I didn’t
Donate again. Didn’t give sauce woth my spring rolls or offer any kind of sauce. No napkins given. This staff just gets worse
