They forgot my order cream cheese ragoons, not big deal but this is the 3rd time an they were not busy

It’s quality for panda! Food was fresh. Has one issue of very little meat in my food and I didn’t want to complain. Very friendly employee named Kareli notice and offered to remake. I declined and the sweetheart brought us a new little box with more meat over. We appreciate you great customer service and hospitality!

The food tasted a little off from their usual recipe to me, but the service was nice and quick. The employees were able to attend to our party of 7 rather quickly, which was great since we were on a tight schedule.

Staff were wonderful.personable and helpful delivering meals out to my car. However, and this is a big however, the Orange Chicken (freshly made) was so UNBELIEVABLY spicy that I sit here with my lips burning and my little elderly mother looking as if she'll burst into flames beside me! Please, please DON'T adjust the recipe for this favorite thinking all like such spicy foods, even if located in Indio! The original recipe is what sold the country on the Orange Chicken. Let people put on their own hot sauce. Really disappointed!

Can you spot any meat? I just got about half a pound of chowmein with a few pieces of meat recommend Wok Around 1000x better.

Drive thru was closed so had to go inside. It was FREEZING. Food was decent, they're consistent on how their food is prepared.

I showed up to order at 9: 32. The website states they open at 9: 30 yet all the employees we're outside on the patio staring and laughing at me. The website states they open at 9: 30. The workforce now of days is sad. Hopefully this never happens again or I'm going elsewhere.

Worst location, went on lunch waited forever didn’t have half on menu, so settled for less god to window and turned out they were out of the item too! Horrible customer service too! 12: 30pm lunch time didn’t have anything…. Drove off to get lunch somewhere else.

Don't bother ordering online, either they haven't got the food ready to pick up cause the receipt is still on the printer or it's ready but Javier at the register won't acknowledge you cause he's not in charge of online pick up and left me standing there on the next register for 15 minutes, oh and he did acknowledge another customer that he helped earlier that was standing beside me. It was only until another employee came to help ring up customer that she acknowledged me and gave me our food. I just hope they see this and try to change this issue cause I wonder if others are going thru the same thing.

Repeatedly asking what I needed and I was saying what I needed. Decided to tell me last minute I’d be getting my veggies once they were finished. Kept asking what else I needed I asked for drink she never gave them to me. Then to have the cashier ask me if I wanted drinks again. What’s the point of asking me over and over if I’m not gonna get what I’m asking for. Not coming back here again. Don’t know her name because the name tags are covered by jackets
