It was too expensive and very poor on food, just come when have discounts. The staff is not friendly and rude

In my recent customer experience, I encountered challenges when interacting with employees, Kayana and Jewlanda. Regrettably, they seemed to encounter difficulties in assisting me with my order, which was accompanied by a sense of disrespect as indicated by their demeanor. Both employees appeared to offer excuses rather than taking responsibility for the situation.

Furthermore, I observed that the management team appeared to adopt a policy of non-engagement when addressing customer concerns, potentially overlooking the importance of addressing instances of employee behavior that may be perceived as disrespectful.

I believe that fostering a culture of accountability and respect within the organization can lead to more positive customer interactions and overall satisfaction. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to continued improvements in the customer experience

Glenda here is completely rude and disrespectful and the coworkers don't do any better. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable while taking my order. I ignored it the first time but she would not stop. Both her and her male coworker would discuss and mock me glenda being the worst. As I was sitting in the dining area you could hear glenda just laughing at me and getting up just to walk around made it impossible without her judging and criticizing me

So very sad news now. This panda express no longer serves the burrito. Show my review is mainly based on the fact that the burrito is now gone!

Forgot my sauce literally seconds after asking me what I wanted and didn't charge me for a lemonade while I was ordering instead they rushed me and subsequently forgot to charge a lemonade and before confirming what I ordered, charged my card, handed me my food, without my drink (and no sauce but I hadn't seen that yet or napkins lol) I asked what about my lemonade easy ice and the new girl said she had to charge me for it. I'm not paying a whole other transaction tax and whatever just for a lemonade that you clearly didn't care about when I first mentioned that I wanted it. Food was good would come back again and be very, very inspections of the whole transaction

Noodles and Veges, orange chicken, walnut shrimp, and teriyaki chicken, and passion mango iced tea were excellent! Lots of food and great quality!

I ordered from drive tru broccoli beef with fried rice, but after I've got home, I discovered there are only 4 pieces of broccoli and no beef. They screw customers on orders and check it out before you leave.

Clean and nicely decorated panda with more drink option! They also have the quinoa brown fried rice. Now that Panda has a rewards program will be coming more often! If they had Eggplant Tofu it would’ve been perfect!

Well I’m a regular here! But I was really disappointed yesterday! I was on my way home and really tired! So I just wanted to get home but I was hungry so I decided to get off the freeway on Azusa and go to panda! Ordered my usual angus steak and walnut shrimp! So I get home and set up my tv tray open my meal and there was literally one tiny piece of angus steak the size of a dime and the rest was mushrooms lots of mushrooms very disappointed Panda!

This Panda Express is very close to where I live and they have outstanding food compared to the other Panda Express that's in a different area this is my favorite place to go when I want this kind of food which I don't get to have very often it's reasonable prices great serving amount the best

No vegetarian options (TOFU & Eggplant or Vegan Orange Chicken).
Disappointed in Panda for discontinuing all possible vegetarian options

You should be sent home with out pay.
You ruined out dinner at the park!

Convenient location, fast order line, generous portion, a family meal can easily feed 6, good place at this inflation time.
