For Panda Express do you get free service do not keep you waiting you get your service done rapidly with customer care 3 employees are very polite and courteous thank you Panda Express they are located on Foothill in between Hubbard and Sayre I recommend this please for eating because they have very good food to select from beautiful service sincerely Rudy Tapia

This spot sure knows how to treat their clients. Consistently with a helpful demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, always tasty and neat.

Most disgusting Panda Express I have ever eaten at. They made us wait nearly 25 minutes for our food which turned out to be disgusting and all over the place.

The worst place right now that we are in the pandemic days. Waiting time is like 45 min for your food, at all of their locations. They need more employees or maybe they need their employees to move their hands faster. Horrible. And this is daily now. Even for postmates driver the waiting time is too long.

Order a family meal online of all Orange chicken real easy order I waited outside for an additional 9 minutes after it said it would be ready for pick up just to get home and find out my order was completely wrong! What a waste of time and money. Will never go here again

Today's evening was my 1st time at THIS LOCATION & left me very disappointing & upsetting the employees "WEREN'T ON TOP OF IT. " I was asked if I wanted teriyaki sauce on top of my teriyaki chicken but they DIDN'T even put the damn sause at all whatsoever! Also I had to waited for food that I had ordered that wasn't prepared and the other food that was on my plate got cold. Lastly the 1st thing I notice as I walked in the restaurant the smelled like mildew

Panda Express = Chinese Fast Food. Went go karting and we were so hungry afterwards. This was the only restaurant that seemed decent in the area.

Store Location: Surrounding area isn't the best. Seems like this is in the bad part of town but it was the only other restaurant that was OK. There's a Shakey's Pizza (and Starbucks, if you count this) nextdoor but this is the only place where you can get hot food quickly.

Parking: Parking lot is small & is shared with Starbucks and the AT&T Store; space is very limited.

Never have anything ready. People working here are rude and act stupid when they have made a mistake.

Food is the same. The service is lousy the front person who took my order kept getting it wrong and when it got busy the person taking out the trash went to the front to serve food without washing her hands.

Food is always good but the line is long everytime we walk in. Better tonorder online and pick up.

So I live in Sylmar, and more than once I’ve been to this location. Not always bad, but often around 9: 40pm and 9: 45pm that I’ve have arrived there, busy or not, they lag to attend you. As if purposely wasting time. They close at 10pm on weekdays, by the way. Once they approach you they right away tell you that the food you see is the only left they’re serving. As if the chef walked out. Mind you he is standing behind the server and the trays of food to serve are all pretty empty. My question is do you stop serving customers at 9: 40pm? Because I thought we stopped being served at 10pm when you close.

Every time we go to this place, 1st it's the parking 2nd I've been here the last two tiimes and they always run out of the Best, Angus Steak. Terrible

Orderd food and had to wait 10 minute for chicken witch I didn't mind then Luis gave me and my wife 2 cups to get something to drink mean while we wait for ur good tham that's was kind of him he didn't have to but he did I'll give it a 10 star of I can thanks Luis.

Just left the store with no food because they were not taking cash. I called and asked if they werw receiving cash and they told me "yes". So do you not want customers or are you just so lazy that you dont want to see if I have exact change? Hmm

Fast food Chinese chain. Typical. Parking is horrible with Starbucks drive through crowding out entry

Food is typical Panda fare - whether that's good or bad depends on if you like it. A couple major downsides: it's in the same (tiny) parking lot as a drive thru starbucks, so parking is challenging and you may come out to someone double parked behind you. Second, and more a slight against the Panda itself is that they a) lock their (indoor!) restrooms b) reserve one of the restrooms for staff (why?) and c) have no signs anywhere indicating that you need a key to get into the restroom or that one is unavailable, so I sat for 10 minutes checking them until someone noticed and told me. I pointed out that they should probably add some since no one would know, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to the confusion it caused.

This is a new Panda Express barely opened a month ago happens to be right across the parking lot from a Starbucks which has a line on a drive-through makes it very hard to get into the parking lot sometimes good thing that a Shakey's next door with a huge parking lot you could probably park there to avoid the Starbucks drive-thru

Foods great at this one it's a newly opened location. Staff was amazing, service was fast and friendly.

Don't get there too rarly, I have to take an early lunch for work when I got there all they had was orange chicken n chow mein
