Panda Express, Montclair CA

Was not fresh in the slightest. When I came in at 2: 00pm the cooks were not cooking food and most of the trays were empty. I waited for them to "cook" (saw no cooking) beijing beef and finally after 10 minutes it was ready. The rice and chaw mein looked discolored as well as all the veggies. The orange chicken is hard as a rock and the meat is brown and old. Again the rice and chaw mein tasted awful, old and undercooked. I eat panda once a week from the grove ave location and this one was just awful! I had to stuff it down because i haven't ate all day and was starving. If you look at the pictures I posted of the veggies they look awfully discolored/old.

Came here at 7am all the food was old and served it to customers. Everyone asked for more as they were real cheap. The teriyaki looked like grease for an engine. No fresh food was made. Egg rolls were old

Ordered online and had a great experience! Food was ready when I arrived which was super convenient for a lunch break

I absolutely love this place i never go any where else.the food is fresh and hot all the time and if you like boba you have to try one here great just great.they give you so much food you can eat for two days it is the best in price to for the amount you get

If you like Chinese food, it is much better, than those other places, most of the time food is nice and good.
Good customer service too.

I visit Panda Express at least once a month. I've gone there when I've had to wait in line but the food is good proportions are decent

Pretty good food with good service. Just wish they'd keep brown rice available. They always seem to run out here.

Panda Express is always good, especially when the food resonates and the veggies absorb the juices. This panda is just like that. It's not busy like other pandas. This Panda is actually pretty lonely most of the day, so the food sits long enough to enhance the flavors. The combo B cost $7.99 out the door. I do wish panda would increment their portions. Panda is pretty stingy with there food. This is my to go to panda.

Terrible service lunch time and one server/ cashier. She didn't even wash her hands between money and food. Management came out with phone in her ear and didn't help. Never go there again.

I never go to this location because theirs to many shady people but I went today because they had a fundraiser for my daughter school and the chow main tasted burnt the lady who served me was cleaning around food and then goes clean one of the food trays with the same rug she was cleaning around, not going back to this place.

The selection was minimal and what they did have had been sitting a bit long. Also, dude out font was hounding me for change. Annoying!

Always fresh bakery goods each morning, buttery, soft, melt-in-your-mouth frosting and oven warm. Best part is the great size of each piece!

OMG! Riccardo is the best manager around. Always gives sevice with a smile. Loves his job. Underappreciated and undervalued. I recommend eating here ALL THE TIME.
