5Super nice store. The sales are great. Love the jewelry and the quality is great. Customer service at the store was very good.
Came in to have my bracelet clean and to buy a new charm. Once I received it back, I was sure they didn’t do a great job at cleaning it. Not sure if the cleaned it at all. I still have dirt in between certain charms and it’s not even shining. I’ve had my bracelet for a long time and is used to having it clean regularly back on the east coast. To add insult to injury, while I was there they didn’t acknowledge my existence to ask if I needed help (while I waited). I had to ask for the price of a charm. Decided not to purchase the charm. Why would I reward someone with a sale…especially if they didn’t even clean my bracelet properly or acknowledged me. I plan on going to another store to get my bracelet cleaned and to purchase the charm I want. I’m not saying that they aren’t good employees…and I know others may have had a better experience. However my experience wasn’t where I wanted it to be. If they read this, I hope this serves as an opportunity for improvement.
This is the 3rd time am here by convenience;but is the worst service pandora store I've been too.literally any other one has more alive representatives, too slow disorganized, and then priorities. They don't know what their doing
Very dissatisfied. I bought a ring and i asked Eugene if i could return and he said Yes as long as no stones are missing or has any damage. He never mentioned that i could not return with a gift receipt. He should be trained & better informed to prevent having any other dissatisfied customers.
Had marked box for $105 in their store online $99 wanted to charge $120 in the store! Rip off artists don’t go here!
