13Extremely long wait to pick up an online order. They should consider having a separate line for people looking to just pick up an online order. It makes no sense to order online, wait 4-6 hrs for the order to be ready for pickup, to have to wait in the same line as people looking to select their bracelet chain or charms.
Bad costumer service. I'm never coming back to this store. Fire all your current employees or something cause they are bad.
I've been here more than a few times and everytime costumer service is pretty bad. I feel like they don't even want to help me at times. The stores display of jewelry isn't the best either. I'd go to a different pandora shop is possible.
Pandora has caused their stores to offer substandard customer service. Any order online, although prompted to select the store that currently has the item on hand. They will not fill within a reasonable time line. I'm on the 3rd day after a cyber Monday sale. I walked in to ask for the onsite item already paid for. (Anniversary) They refused unless I had an email stating it's ready. They did offer to sale me the same piece of jewelry. Then return the other one once it comes in. Hmm.suspicious. Can't help but feel that the storefront don't support online sales. Very odd. Funny how so many other retail shops offer 24 pick up. First time disappointed as I will have to choose another anniversary gift.
Buyer beware, give yourself 7 days. Perhaps they will come through then. Good luck.

They are sending people who have pick ups wait in line. What’s the point of purchasing online then?
They are soposed to open at 11.literally see them chatting inside instead of opening. Its 11: 15 and still waiting.
Awful service. The girl that "helped" me, couldn't even show me a bracelet.

Great service. But if they post they are closing at 6 doesn't matter if you've been waiting in line for an hr. They won't help you. You'd think theyd respect at least the customers waiting in line way before closing.
Kyle was the kind, young man who assisted me today. He was great! Very patient with me as I kept adding misc items to my order. They cleaned my silver bracelet as I shopped and I left feeling spoiled. And I got the "crown" ring I'd been wanting! Will definitely be a return customer for years to come.
This place is a joke, waited 45min in line to be told they were closing and couldn’t make a purchase. They had 4 employees and let one go home 30 min before. Came back the next day to wait in line for over an hour. They only had two extremely slow employees working. Why not schedule more during busy times? Avoid this store. Pandora replied to my review and apologized for this and said I should call them to resolve the issue. The issue also lies with the stores management. The manager came out while we were inside the store and told the people in line they would not be able to be helped. Afterwards she went inside the back room, why not stay on the floor and help customers? Learn some better customer service and how to properly staff a busy store, that’s what you can do to fix the issue
Don't understand why they only let a few people in at a time. I decided to buy jewelry elsewhere.
