Pandora's Pizza, Encinitas CA

Loving the new menu and the pasta is amazing. I'm not a pizza lover and have enjoyed the elevated pizza Pandora's serves. Kids and husband also approve to delicious food.

Although I'm not usually one to write reviews, the pizza I had recently was so exceptional and unique that I couldn't resist sharing my experience. Despite offering the option to create your traditional pizza, my wife and I decided to try something different and ordered the Croque Madame pizza. It turned out to be absolutely fantastic, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed their cheese pizza as well.
Having previously tried egg on my burger and grown to love it, I was intrigued by the idea of egg on pizza. I must say, the combination of the egg, ham, and gruyere on the Croque Madame pizza was a delightful surprise. Both my wife and I were impressed, and we're already looking forward to ordering it again in the future.
The ambiance of the place was delightful, and it was the perfect setting to complement our meal with a Baja blonde ale for me and a glass of red wine for my wife. All in all, this place is a winner in terms of atmosphere and food quality. If you appreciate a good dining experience, I highly recommend giving it a try. We certainly plan on returning for more delicious meals in the future.

The food is fantastic. The new owners have really been steadily improving the menu, the look and feel and the service. We’ve been here several times since the changeover and each time we have a better chance experience. The morning coffee and mimosas is always a winner and the homemade pasta is epic.

Love this place and the pizza is SO good- You can tell the ingredients are fresh! Love the new vibe here too! Amazing service, staff is so so nice. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great date night spot and a really awesome menu.

Like the remodel. Cashier was super nice and accommodating. Always come here for the white pizza, it was good not great, toppings were skimpy this time. Hmm.

Came here a year ago and had one of the best pizzas in California. Came back and found the place completely redone. New layout, new menu, new owner I guess. Wasn’t impressed.

Extremely disappointed. My partner and I live across the street and we went to this establishment prior to the closure for remodeling in which we had a wonderful experience with great guest service delicious food and large portions at an affordable price. This evening we decided to return since we noticed that they had been open now for a few weeks and we were only disappointed by the overwhelmingly poor service and food quality. The menu has changed with smaller portions and higher prices but that wasn't the issue the food came out wrong and the service never checked on us and when we asked for condiments we had to actually get up three times and ask three different people to finally get condiments. The business was not busy whatsoever we were the only table that was placing an order all other tables had been served. When I mentioned that the pizza had mistakenly been made wrong the gentleman was rude and defensive about the pizza and the manager did not once come over until the end after having to request that she come to the table and comp the meal. Even then the manager was condescending and came over to take our unfinished food without even asking. I have worked in food for over a decade, managing many restaurants, I understand when mistakes occur. This establishment was highly unprofessional and lacked in management oversight in both the kitchen and the floor. We will not be returning.

I'm so disappointed in the changes to the menu. It's not the same restaurant. It was much better before. Sad. I will not be coming back.

Bummed they changed the menu. Food was mediocre and pretentious. Portions tiny. Prices astronomical.
Pizza dough needs more salt. Food was better before. Also would have been helpful to have serving utensils since we shared everything, but they brought us our food with no serving utensils. Mediocre service, mediocre food, way too expensive. Won't be back, and sad to have lost a good restaurant that i loved

Beautiful spot. The patio and inside were so unique. I can't say this enough. I wish I had taken pictures.

I know the place is new so I'm not blasting the food. I definitely think they've gotten off to a great start. Some things need chushing.the macaroni dish was a table favorite. I hope they can carry flavor intelligence over to the rest of the menu. Chef knows his food.

The server was kind but hadn't tasted everything on the menu. So when asking her for thoughts on dishes she just didn't know. Cut up some dishes and educate your servers so they can offer suggestive and favorites.

Really! I didn't get the right services here. I will never come here again. Waste of time and the falsely reviews about this place is horrible. Bad bad services

Service always wins. Here's why -

> No delivery service - Caviar and DoorDash continue to say 'unavailable' for delivery.

> No separate takeout line and order line. All one giant line.while you wait for eternity for people who can't read the menu and decide what they want to feed their faces.

> They don't pick up their phones. Even if you want to try and ask for delivery.

> No parking.

If you happen to be a pedestrian visiting, or live nearby to walk to it, cheers to you. Enjoy the Hymettus, it's fantastic.

Great location, great food! Had the Veggie Lovers pizza and it was flavorful. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to get their pizza fix.
