Panera Bread, Santa Clara CA

I can always count on a good meal at Panera-the butternut squash soup is usually hot and delicious- this time it was only delicious, but everything else was perfect!

Since the buy out the food quality and service has taken a downward spiral. It's sad I used to visit Panera frequently.

Salads are fresh & tasty. Love the Fuji Apple & Green Goddess salads. Soups, too, are delicious. Sandwiches can be made with a variety of breads—willing to accommodate your request. Of course, the breads & pastries are fresh and yummy.

My favorite lunch spot, I go here often with my bestfriend. Good healthy food, lots of options, very wholesome. The prices recently went up but it is still affordable.

I usually really like panera but I felt like this on eis still working out some quirks. Everyone working there was not very friendly and my salad was not delivered so I had to go up and get it made and when I did they left out some ingredients and the lettuce was not very fresh.

The food is fresh. The choices of soups and Sandwiches are good. The you pick 2 choices for lunch are great. Bakery items are delicious.

I used to love this place because of their food quality and making the food according to customers request.but now i feel like thy dnt really care about the customers.whatever we tell them they juz do whatever they want.i had issues with my past orders.while ordering the pasta i told that i had issues with the past visits and make sure the food is well done.but again faced the same thing.the pasta was too dry without enough sauce and was not cook well.

Good coffee and steel cut oats with strawberries and pecans skipped the cinnamon sugar topping to keep it healthy.

Healthy options available here! Queue to order and pay. They don't have self service qiosk in this branch. Was looking for breakfast item even though pass 1030am and was glad they still have one last one for me.

Very talkative and Rude girl working In the kitchen section with two other guys. She just throw my food on the counter and said this for you after calling out my name. Date: Sunday April 28,2019. Time: 8: 32PM. Throwing my food on the pick up counter was very disrespectful not just to me but also to the food. She could’ve kindly handed it to me or at least placed it on the counter with respect rather than throwing it like a garbage. I will never come back here. Wouldn’t recommend anyone. I will spend my money where my food and I am respected.

I live for Panera! And hands down a huge fan of pre- ordering and pickup. When I'm running errands and forget to eat, I choose something really yummy and healthy and walk right in to pick it up. I can't pick a favorite, but the lemonade is on the top of my list.

Great chain, love the variety of healthy food it offers. I would be happy to visit it again so 5 stars.

What a rude cashier. She takes forever to come to the cashier and doesn't know the basic communication skills.

It's a good place to have a cup of coffee and do some work. It has comfortable chairs and plug ins for the computer.
Breakfast items are good, pastry and bagels and some sandwiches. I didn't like lunch or dinner options or their salad.
Staff is helpful and friendly.

I actually like to go to Panera, but we do not like to go to this particular place. A group of us used to go there every Saturday morning, but the service is lousy, so we started going t o Panera at Coleman/Taylor in San Jose. The people there are very nice and the manager is extremely nice person. The last time I went to this place it was last week after coming from work and very tired. I ordered the hot broccoli soup bowl. I do not know what to say, it was more than half empty, I was about to give it back. I took several pictures of the bowl of soup that I will send to the company, and share with you. Every time I go there, it seems that the serving gets smaller. I do not have this experience in the other Paneras places, especially the one we go to at Coleman and Taylor in San Jose.also, not to mention, they do not help you to understand the menu.

Foods good. Some staff (not many) suck. The customers here are either old closed minded elderly folk, or millennials. Get it to go and you’ll be fine.

I love Panera Bread their sandwiches are so good and so are their salads. Today I got the Roasted Chicken, Apple & Cheddar sandwich that's served in a cranberry & walnut bread I think. Plus a Spicy Thai Chicken Salad. My son got the PB&J kids meal and he ate the whole thing. They also serve soups, soba bowls, mac & cheese and breads & bakery goods. Oh did I mention yummy smoothies and teas. Panera is a must try. #healthy #studyspot

Got extremely sick after eating here, but the wife didn't. Might have been just me, but definitely not going to be a place I try again.

Actually prefer a Kiosk over Dahyana. Cuban sandwich luke-warm and missing pickles. Runner was very accommodating though.

Delicious, love their pick 2 option, as you can have a s sandwich and a salad.and they have the best chocolate chip cookies!
