Cafe Panera Bread reviews
17 Waiting for ever!
Lady in front has very rude…
The Chicken noodle is just water, no chicken no noodles…
They charge you more in store than the price in the app and they refuse to honor it. Another reason I’ll never go here again. I already was giving them a 2nd chance.
I continue to try to give this place a chance and am disappointed every time. Today I decided to skip Starbucks and get a bagel and coffee from Panera. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and am informed that they are out of plain cream cheese! How? So i decide I don’t want anything and pull ahead behind the only other car in the drive thru and wait for over 5 minutes until finally the car has go park and wait because they are taking forever on his order. I have waited
long waits in the drive thru as well for during non rush hours. I just don’t understand.
If you gonna charge $6 bucks Atleast fill the damn parfait cup up halfway… been downhill at this location lately… yogurt soup. You pay for the “concept” of fresh and filling. What u get is something different.
Was about not at full capacity, 30 minutes wait…Cold soup, did not complained waited too long.next time will choose a different location.
First time in a Panara. Wasn’t sure if I needed to pick up my order at the counter or if there was table service. Young man at the counter, Jaeden, could not correctly answer “is there table service? ” Managed to get his answer wrong TWICE! He also could not explain the “Bowl + 1” menu offering, although I gave him several tries. He seemed pleasant enough, but never should have been on point at the counter. Easily the slowest, least perceptive person I’ve dealt with in a restaurant in a long time. My chicken & broccoli bowl was very good, but definitely on the small side. I see lots of bad reviews. They must be led by a poor manager.
Almost every time I place a curbside order something is wrong, or they put it in pick up instead of bringing it out to the car. Today I had to call to have my order brought out, and also ordered chai latte and they brought iced chai out, and the curbside staff seemed offended after asking me if I wanted it replaced, when I said yes, and also when she brought it out. There are 2 chai latte options, and one of those is iced. If just chai latte is ordered, it is hot. Also missing, French baguette.
I gave 5 last week, but now that I'm trying to do work, I'm having a really bad connection. So to eat it's expensive but good.
Came here few days ago and bought the signature take chicken sandwich, it was dry as old woman’s vagi na due to the falling levels of estrogen, but that was okay. What bothers me the most is that when I came back to study, as a cafe, the internet connection should not be this horrendous!
This location looks new, neat and clean but not the bathroom, they were out of paper towel. The internet connection was really bad, They have no microwave, sometimes I like to reheat my food if it got cold if I leave it for a while.
Used to be a nice place to eat and hang out. Now they're almost always out of coffee. There's a charge for curbside pickup. Not so friendly staff.
Delicious, everything taste good, my favorites are broccoli soup and flatbread pizza, love them!
Service was excellent. Food was tasty. But Panera's prices have gone up considerably.
Delicious freshly prepared food. I had the creamy tomato soup and tuna sandwich. I could actually taste the cream in the tomato soup. So good! They make their own bread. Hard and crusty on the outside, soft and tender on the inside. Nothing beats freshly baked bread. And let's face it, it's the bread that makes the sandwich. I'm simply amazed at how good their food is. I highly recommend.
Quality food & Friendly Service!
The flatbread pizzas are delicious and a very good serving size. Cashier Sebastian was friendly and helpful. The employees work hard to keep the restaurant and restrooms clean.
We order a sandwich that taste like chemicals on it i return it and ask for a new sandwich, the second sandwich i feel like they did it on purpose with a lot of extra mayo and dressing all over even on the wrap. I spoke with Chris (the manager) and he only told me that theres not much thst he can do and if i don't like the sandwich that thats my problem, poor guy he hot very low experience on customer service and he better get another job if he can't manage something so easy
Norma from Panera Bread was VERY rude. She was short she was nasty. She didn’t even confirm my name with my Panera account. She acting nasty until I snatched the bag from her and then she had the nerve to try to act like a victim. Norma needs customer service training. Or Norma needs to find a new job.
