Panera Bread, Sacramento CA

My top choice whenever I need something quick and healthy. My favorite salads are always made at Panera! Using the kiosk makes ordering a breeze. And this location now serves alcoholic beverages. A nice way to have a relaxing meal.

Food is overpriced. We had the chicken sandwich and the pepperoni and mozzarella baguette. Not worth it. Chicken was dry and barely any pepperoni in the baguette sandwich, it qas mostly bread and sauce. Not with it.

Good place to take cover from the rain and enjoy some hot soup! Had a pick 2 entrée, had the turkey avocado blt, and a soup, I forget the name. Was very good, filling. Staff was polite, and the atmosphere was nice.

My family and I have been to this location several times, and not only do they get our order wrong, but the service is awful. Today, Emely was the cashier and she did not pay attention when I was ordering. There were no customers and it seemed like she was in a rush to get us out

My girlfriend and I are longtime customers of this (Delta Shores) Panera Bread and come here frequently. She in particular is obsessed, but I still love her. Today there was a hiccup with my girlfriend's order and when we returned to the store, the manager William kindly listened and fixed the order and went above and beyond. We are very grateful for how the situation was resolved. Thank you manager William and we will be back soon I'm sure.

I enjoyed this Panera more than most of them I have been to. It was clean inside and there were plenty of tables to choose where to sit. It may have been the wide open layout of the building more than anything that made it a more comfortable experience but it was definitely a pleasant experience.

The milk here is absolutely delicious horizon organic milk is so good my only complaint is everything is extremely expensive

Went into Panera in Arden today. Ordered a "steak and white cheese" sandwich. Asked for no onions and no horseradish sauce. Got both! Didn't have time to ask for them to fix the order. Thin on sliced beef too.
Not worth $15.oh and had "French Bag Side? That was the butt end of a loaf? See attached pic and receipt.

My delivery person completely ignored my written direction and further left my order without even ringing the doorbell, calling or knocking to announce the delivery. He left my order in a place where it was almost impossible for me to retrieve it. I advise people that I’m on a walker and need help which they normally do but not last night. As a result I almost fell when I tried to retrieve my order and the food was cold and almost inedible. We order from you at least once a week for $30 or $40 but I’ve had it with your delivery people. I’ve been trying to call you all morning but no one answers your phone either

Great food! Online ordering makes it so easy. I love all the healthy options. Great place to meet a friend for ladies who lunch!
Recently lost a star due to an extreme wait for an online order. Came into the store to pick up and clerk told me it was ready but they were making more green godess dressing. After waiting 10 min, I asked for a different dressing since all my other food was getting cold. Another staff person said "she's STILL waiting? I'm sorry mam, that's way too long" as the original clerk portions my dressing. Then the bag ripped; not sure how much you have to spend to receive a bag with handles but 2 take twos and a bowl seemed warranted.

Love this location! Very nice employees and they’re very accommodating when trying to find vegan options. I enjoy the bagels toasted with/without avocado, apple salad without cheese etc, and the orange juice so far:)

I had got a Turkey bravo sandwich with the wrong bread that comes with it and was not told or asked, also got chipotle chicken melt the avocado was brown not even fresh, paid for hole salad (only got half) usually they do well 2nd time in 1 month something is not right

Overall ok but sometimes i would find no chicken in my salads. I want to continue as a sip subscriber but the diluted iced coffee isnt doing it for me.

Good service. They had accidently mistaken our sandwiches for soups and put a ton of sauce on them. Otherwise standard franchise

This place has super clean restrooms. Much needed when traveling with kids.
The staff was so kind. We were all energetic from sitting in the car. Got some water and cookie.

Disappointed that when I came to have a late lunch between 3: 30-4pm on a Thursday, it was difficult to find a clean table. There was evidence of dirty tables by leftover crumbs or napkins from previous patrons. The food wasn't as good as I remembered in the past, and the baguette of all things (from a bakery) was sub-par without the right texture on the crust. Not sure if this is the new standard because of the pandemic, but surely won't be planning any near future lunch dates here again.

First time trying out Panera Bread. I ordered the Avocado chicken melt and a side salad. They got me with the coffee subscription so I ordered the hot hazelnut coffee. The food was up to standards and was pretty good. The coffee tasted like ordinary coffee nothing special. I tried their other coffees later and will most likely be cancelling the coffee subscription since it can only be used on the basic coffee which tbh is not worth it. The reason for the 3 stars is because I ordered through the app for in store pick up and once I went inside the order was supposed to be contactless and ready for me on the counter but I had to wait extra 10 minutes while they prepared it. I felt a very unorganized vibe from this store. Another star review was lost because the coffee subscription menu needs to changed to include their premium coffee drinks. Then it would be worth it.

Standard panera bread. Get the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl. You pick 2 is always solid. Coke would be better instead of Pepsi
