12This my first time being at panera. Atmosphere looked nice. The cashier named felix was pretty nice. I ordered a chicken melt with potato chips they were pretty good. 10/10 would recommend
This store needs better management. They are unprofessional, they lack proper communication skills needed for customer service and food service, they lack respect for their employees. They don't inform employees about scheduling changes and they are petty when it comes to scheduling emplpyees who live near. Do better panera. 1/10 work environment.
Pay attention everyone Check your food inside the back. They don’t put everything in there what you paid for. They worst than McDonald. I called for missing food and they couldn’t do anything about it.
I went through the drive-thur yesterday. I was coming back from Fresno. I wish I had stop at my favorite Panera in Fresno, but I went to the one in Merced. They didn't ask me for my phone number so I could get points. My mistake was I didn't get my receipt, so I couldn't log in to get my points. Then I get home and they left out the pastry I ordered. This is an ongoing problem for this store. I have left several other reviews similar to this, but there is no change. This store needs new management.
First time there, we welcomed right away! The young lady that helped us gave fabulous recommendations to eat! We loved it there! Food was so ooooooooooooo yummy. Definitely going back! Also very clean.
2nd time I've done an online order that was wrong. For the amount of food you get, it's not worth it either
Came in for a quick bite and to charge my phone, very relaxing environment. Got a You-Pick-2 with soup and salad and staff was very nice and helpful. Got my food very quickly, less than 5 minutes. I asked for some extra dressing and utensils and they were very accommodating.
I got a strawberry poppyseed with chicken salad, and NOT ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN in the salad. Since I brought it home, I didnt find out until later in the day and too inconvenient to go back. Not good Panera.
I just ordered from here and was supposed to receive a free cookie for signing up on the app. Well, the receipt shows cookie but I didn't get it in the bag. Is this a restaurant where we have to constantly check if our order is correct like a McDonald's drive thru order?
Just straight up nasty the prices are ridiculous the food wasn’t fresh hair in food the bathrooms were nasty homeless people hanging around the staff had an attitude wasn’t greeted when I first walked in line were long the soda didn’t taste right as if it was carbonated or mixed with something else the bread was stale
I love this place. The coffee subscription is perfect for me. I get a free coffee every morning and if I want a large soft drink later in the day, it's free too.
Refuses to give silverware. Out of ingredients always. Food cold Rude prep person Told manager but they could not even say they are sorry. Soup the veggies are less than one quarter inch. You can not even see them. Bread hard as a brick. Bad food Bod people. Never go back. Too expensive to get bad food
