2 spoons of rice for a $15 bowl, rice undercooked and can barely find quinoa in the bowl. Disaster is an understatement. Have some ethics on charging $15 for this stuff and the response from the lady at the store was "now you know what not to order next time", great

Having a great looking app doesn't mean you can serve poor and little food

The food is always decent. Not sure why they struggle so much with customer service. Very rarely do any of the employees say thank you. They don’t read you your order to make sure they have the right order. It’s “What do you want? Your total is this. Bye. ” And to top it off, you’re going to wait til after I hand you cash until you tell me you’re out of change? Customer service is basically non existent. Food is ok, but don’t expect anyone to care.

I grew up going to Panera a bunch for breakfast and looovvveee their souffles. I ordered on the app at ~8: 30 ahead of arriving because I know the souffles tend to sell out and they don't make more even though breakfast is available until 10: 30am. At the time of ordering there was 1 spinach bacon and 2 four cheese available, got one of each only to get to checkout and it says the spinach bacon sold out so I switched it to 2 four cheese souffles and quickly placed the order to presumably reserve them. When we arrived, my bag wasn't on the rapid pickup shelf and it wasn't on the monitor as "being prepared" or at all. I asked an employee and they had to ask the back about it only to come out and say that they have it ready but there is only one souffle available. You'd think they would set them aside as soon as they get an online order since I already paid. I appreciated that they offered to give us a sandwich instead. But when we went to eat the food we found that both the souffle and sandwich were ridiculously small! They have definitely made the souffles smaller. $7 for about 4 bites! If you want to pay $$$$ for a couple bites of food then by all means, go to Panera.

This is one of the locations where I get my sips. Nice location with a really nice outdoor patio.

I think Panera translated means ok food? It was just ok, nothing exceptional. My granddaughter likes the Mac n cheese but is it expensive. If it were not a treat, we could have gone to several other stores for Mac n cheese.

The computer ordering kiosks are hard to use and confusing for us older folks. We like to talk to someone before ordering just to make sure it doesn’t get screwed up. This would not be the first time that they got the order wrong.

Longest drive-thru wait ever. The food IS NOT worth the wait here. The drive-thru line took 25 minutes for me to get through from the time I ordered at the intercom until the time I drove away with my food. That's not including the time I waited to actually order food. Then my daughter's mac n cheese was actually cold, and they neglected to give me a fork with the salad I ordered, so I couldn't even eat my food. Completely unacceptable. If you're going to have drive-thru service, make it snappy, make sure the food is warm, and give your customers utensils.

Made a complete order on the pick 2 menu, then they said oh you can't do breakfast with that. Why didn't you tell me that when I ordered the first one. Well it's breakfast time!

The place was generally clean. Tables were not bused after customers left their trays & trash. Someone did start cleaning and just randomly left the broom and dustpan in the dining room at a table. He came back 10+ minutes later to resume cleaning the crumbs from under the tables. I had an ant crawl on me while sitting in one of their comfy chairs. I saw a fly buzzing around in the bakery case. I got a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese. Horrible bagel. The cream cheese was good. I got an iced coffee with my sip club membership. That was good. It was freshly brewed. The cashier was polite.

Santee location has very poor management and lack of supervision. Workers are not trained properly. Very long wait time in the drive-through line. So different from other Panera stores.

For the price you pay, the quality and quantity is very poor. I can get a better sandwich at other restaurants. Also, the broccoli cheddar soup was watery and tasteless. We spent over $30.00 for a lunch for two and did not feel satisfied. Wondering how this restaurant manages to stay in business.

Jersey was the reason my boy and I will be back here. Food was as always good but Jersey came by and checked in on us and made us feel special. Free cookies and big smile from her made our day.

Reasonably good food, but portion amount has suffered. Prices are bordering on unreasonably high for what you get, but then the rampant inflation of recent years has not skipped over the food service industry.

Panera added nuts to my wife's salad, which we found when we got home after spending $50 on two pick-2 and 2 drinks. I do like the food, but this is the last straw. I have had more screwed up orders than I can count and I just give up. Too much money and too many screw ups. Go to Board and Brew across town for better food anyway.

I ordered a Flatbread pizza, was told to pull in and wait for them to bring it to the car. I waited for 45 minutes and never got a single thing. Went into the store and asked about my food and they STILL didn't have it. Got a refund. Do not go to this dumpster fire. I'd give them 0 stars if it was possible. I've been here many times before and it's always terrible. Bad service, takes forever, mess up your order, then didn't even try to make any effort to make it right. Not worth the overpriced food that you may never even recieve.

Portions are inconsistent. $13 sandwich has almost nothing inside it! Salad was ok today, but the last time it was meager serving for $15. Would NEVER buy the kids meals for $7- totally not worth it.

Was slow service. The girl behind the registry had no clue. Prices are to high for the amount of food we didn't get. Won't be back.

Never failed having good foods in other Panera, but here always failed. Foods I order never be prepared well enough. Always had tiny little amount of vegetables even though it was an oder with extra vege options. I think staffs in the kitchen must need re education.

I used to enjoy Paera Bread but their food portions have shrunk or something. Look at the amount of steak/cheese on this $15 steak sandwich. It's embarrassing. Poor value.
Review update: Spoke with manager that was nice and offered to make it right. Although they put in the "correct" portions in accordance with their training. Manager did offer refund or to remake with more meat for me. That made me change rating from 1 or 2 stars up to 4 stars.
