Panera Bread, West Covina CA

I went in for lunch this afternoon and got my usual salad and cinnamon roll. When i noticed a young man walk to the back of the store and take his mask off to cough, i was disgusted and walked out of the store only with my salad and leaving my cinnamon roll behind. I am never coming back to this place ever again.

My husband & I attempted to purchase lunch, the girl at the counter didn't want to take our order, she sent us the the kiosk, no one tried to assist a couple seniors!
Would've been much faster since NO one was there) except we subjected to scroll thru the menu while she just stood there / didnt ask if we needed help!
So we left we'll eat elsewhere.
Worse then the DMV,

Ordered Whole Size Fuji Apple Salad for Mothers' Day. Horrible. 1/2 Salad, Full Price of Whole. Ingredients appeared to have been thrown in haphazardly-not appealing at all. Wrong dressing for salad ordered. Have ordered and had salad at other locations, this one in West Covina by far the worse.

Looking for a healthy option for dinner. Panera always come through with the salads! Always full of flavor and we feel full after finishing our meals.

Its quiet, friendly, and a nice place to relax after a long days work. Definitely a good go to spot for a peaceful and healthy end to the day.

At the West Covina location across from the mall, it's usually easy to find a spot to park. I usually go for the "two pick. " Half a sandwich and soup works for me. Soups are tastey and hearty. And the sandwhich choices are good on variety. If you're into Mac & cheese and Pico de Gallo, try the Baja Mac. It's a sumptuous surprise.

Love the veggie sandwich and quinoa.
Small portions thou serves as a Scooby snack but delicious.

The pastry ring is outstanding but they never make enough by the time I get there I have to prepay to pick up for the next day.

Had a decent breakfast here.nd you know what, this location proved that a decent breakfast shouldn't cost a fortune. Recommended.

The food is great everything great. It's hard to choose what you want. The macaroni and cheese with bacon is just delicious, I mean the mac and cheese alone is just great. Their bacon turkey Bravo is great it's on this tomato basil bread so so good. Definitely my new place to eat.

Good stars for all the amazing staff, but panera you guys are overpriced for the small portions you serve to people. Others seem to agree you guys should make better deals for people.

I love Panera but not fond of this one. The young girls in the back prepping the food were cussing and laughing as I waited and just threw my bag of food on the counter. People come in to get food last minute in the food industry, deal with it or get a new job.

The cappuccino is amazing! Love the salads and soup combo, you can get a dozen of their awesome bagels on Tuesday for 6.99, only gripe is they're always crowded.

This is my sister's and I regular spot to see each other during the week and catch up our usual things we get soup and salad French onion is to die for

The atmosphere is comfortable and lax and the food and coffee is pretty darn good. I'd go again!

The food is so good I got a caramel latte coffee bacon n eggs sandwich n a pastry I recomend this place

Love the food, tried the turkey chili for the first time, it's a bit sweet something I am not used to where chili is concern, maybe next time I will eat a bowl

Fresh food. Good service. I took my 82 year old grandma and she said the broccoli cheddar soup was delicious as well as her grilled turkey avocado sandwich. She especially was happy to take the pastry home to have with coffee the next morning at home.

Mobile ordering makes this place so convenient. Can be in and out in a minute with my full order in tow. Very easy to get exactly what you want.

Everything Amazing! Atmosphere, Staff, and food! Wonderful Experience! Our 1st time, and we will be back.
