Their Pani Poori’s and everything that goes with it! This is a take home place. If the owners could be friendly, I would give the fifth star!

Update: Thanks to the owner of this place for the advise on writing my reviews I didn’t ask for or need one. Any buyer should be concerned on which ingredients go into their food irrespective of the establishment. I don’t know about other’s, I am.

I did ask for ingredients 2-3 times but didn’t get any response.

Just because someone is in the business for “20 years” doesn’t mean they are using the ingredients I would want.

White flour- maida, whip cream and many other items are legal but I don’t want them so it’s legal for me to check and for the business must disclose. If you’re so offended that means there is something amiss.

Poori and other items are fine. No list of ingredients anywhere, that’s a bit concerning. Not sure if it’s legal that way.

Old man in the front is not welcoming, is rude and pretends he doesn’t understand “ fresh hai? ” especially when he’s Gujrati. #pretendmuch?

This review is been pending for many days so thought of finally writing it down.

I & all my friends love their Pani Puri none of the store bought puris come close to this establishment they sell good quality products, the crunch of the puris & freshness add to the taste & experience of Pani puris that's the reason I have been going to this shop for almost 2 decades.

I just want to inform that they only sell all the ingredients necessary for making Pani Puri & chaat u need to do it yourself at home as per your taste. I don't mind it, given the excellent quality I think that's the reason it's little expensive which is ok for us.

I have tried all their food like -
Bhel mix - (I add chopped onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, avocado, fresh coriander & chutneys as per our taste)
Papdi Gathiya (excellent taste) all my friends love it especially my Gujarati friends they always tell me outside India this is the best & authentic taste.
Chaat puri- (I customize it at home adding potatoes, onions, tomatoes, chutneys & Sev) also I add it in Bhel mix too for added crunch.
Sev - this is used in various chaat items like Sev puri, Bhel puri, Pav Bhaji, Dabeli etc.
Mohan Thal (sweet) I loved it.
Pani puri paste (I customize it at home)
Their 3 chutneys - Mint & Cilantro, Red Chilly Garlic & Tamarind Date chutney (sweet tangy & spicy) which is good & I love that we don't have to make it from starch especially when u have the craving to have it suddenly (which I often get it) can't live without chaat.

We have taken all of the above at various occasions like Holi, Diwali, Birthday parties which was a thundering success everyone in our friend circle love this shop.

Their customer service is excellent I always preorder for parties & they have always taken extra care In packing the puris & chutneys.

Plus I love that it's a small local mom & pop shop I & my husband always support local business especially from past 2 yrs it's very difficult for small business to sustain.

I urge everyone to please support all the local business.

Update (probably ownership changed) :
2 star because puris are still closer to old recipe and it’s not as bad, but it feels like they started stocking more number of Poori packets in store and they sell old packets instead of new now. As they stopped feel like they used to be in terms of freshness.
The previous owner or management was producing in limit so it used to be always fresh compared to now. Still I am giving 2 star because it’s yet better than other packed options but miss what it used to be.

Old review:
They are not dining place they are to go place. 5 star for their puri, they are one of the best I have ever ate including what I ate in india. One star less because they don't have spicy Pani mix, only sweet one is available. So you have to find way to make spicy pani at your own.again its not dining place, you take it with you and whatever they sell its good in quality.

We are a regular here. Their Paani Puri and the concentrate for the paani are so awesome. The taste is consistently good no matter when you buy. We love this place and the quality of their products.

Please note that this is not a restaurant! This is a wholesale place that sells the puris for the Pani puri. But it's the best ones you will get around in the Bay area! Totally worth driving all the way to get them.
They also sell some sweets and concentrate for the pani that are good as well.
Don't forget to grab cash before you go there!

This place has THE BEST puri’s. Highly recommended. We got puri’s from the place and made pani puri at home. Everyone loved the puri’s.

Get great puris for the people who want to prepare the indian dish pani puri at your home. The quality of puri here is better than what you get in any other indian grocery store.

If you are wondering to get the real puri for pani puri. Give it a try.we are highly satisfied.

Great panipuri and snacks. The quality is really good although it feels like they are not interested in selling the product.

So good! I went there just a few days ago and because I live 5 hours away; (Came in the area to get groceries) the pani puri kit was perfect to eat when back home! Totally recommend!
