Horrible customer service, No one would take our order for 30 minutes, had to wait over 45 minutes food, they didn’t get us any plates or cutlery (one would assume thats basics), my diet coke was brought after we were done eating. Food is great, service is non existent.

I ordered a chicken ka-box and when I got home and opened it, it had NO onion and NO broccoli. I waited 25 min for an incomplete meal!

Great place to eat. The food was so delicious. When it's busy though the workers can barely keep up however, the workers are nice and its understanding when it happens.

First of all, the customer list was absolutely disorganized. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside until the host showed up. He told us that all guests should add their own names to the waiting list. There was no pen available initially, but he eventually found one in his pocket. Then, everybody wrote their names on the list themselves. After that, the host left again.

The host, Jonathan, demonstrated a snobby and ignorant attitude towards a small party of guests. People were left waiting for more than an hour outside, as he completely ignored them. He frequently turned his back on the guests, asking who was next, then gave them a dismissive look before returning to his tasks. This behavior continued for over three times until the manager was called. Meanwhile, a crowd of other guests also waited in vain for his attention.

I didn’t leave because I needed to discuss the situation with the manager. However, the manager and other workers were great

They are charging more than before but the portions are smaller, I wouldn’t say anything if the quality also improved but I think that it actually worsened a bit. It’s not fair

We were hungry and ready to order as soon as we were seated. Pleased to see a vegetarian section on the menu. Astonished by the huge serving portion. We ordered beef, chicken, and fish Kabobs; they were flavorful and tender. My falafel wrap was hot-pressed for an effortless no mess in every bite. Salads with fresh ingredients. It was a happy and satisfying lunch with family.

Food was delicious. Wait staff was friendly but it took longer than expected to get our food.

This place is so legit. Best Greek food I have ever had. I got the Mediterranean Greek salad with the chicken. It was amazing. I will definitely be coming back to try more items from there menu.

Came here for dinner and enjoyed the experience. There was a little bit of a wait to order and for the food to arrive.

Started with appetizer combo which can be shared with 3-4 ppl. The humus were great but I wish they gave more pita without charging. $1 for one more

The chicken kabob was good. Tender moist chicken not dry. The veggies were great.
The beef koobideh kabob was also good $3 more for 2 skewers. I would recommend this.
The beef wrap was also great.
All the kabob dishes were filling. Came with lots of rice and veggies.

The inside of the restaurant is nice and clean. Spacious and well decorated. They dim the lights at night which was nice.

Service was good and friendly. Water was refilled. There was only a wait in the beginning when they get busy.

Parking around also around the back if you walk around the hedge.

Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

Family friendly I saw some kids.

Yes definitely lm recommend this restaurant. The Rice - grill chicken and vegetables. 100% recommended

Food is awesome, but service is horrible, lots of people waiting outside, and lots of open tables inside and outside.

Food was good BUT service HORRIBLE, took almost 15 minutes to have someone take my order, place was nearly empty at that time, another 20 minutes for food to arrive and now trying to pay and NO ONE to take my payment

We love this place. There is always a wait from 30 minutes to an hour, but it's worth the wait. Plus, while you wait, you can walk around the outdoor Victoria Garden Mall and enjoy the scenery and build your appetite.

We love Panini Kabob Grill. However, we were sadly disappointed with this last trip to the Victoria Garden restaurant. Four in our party. One got her meal and the only three of us waited another 10 min before our food came To add insult to injury, while we waited, we watched the people next to us get their food, who came in 20 min after us. And to boot, the Panini sandwiches and the linguini were all cold. Not their finest hour.

Absolutely the worst! Had to wait over an hour for an order that was going to take less than 20. No apologies, zero courtesy simply the worst.
