Very good service. Angel did wonderful job at front desk. Pizza looks good and very cheesy. Never any issues here.

Thev worker was very nice on the phone after ordering he got my bill down to a very good deal. Loved it. Thanks papa John's. The chicken Alfredo pizza is the best, better then any place else, and I have tried them every where

Yuck.for the price ($50 for a medium and large pizza) I can think of 5 other places to get better quality food for the same amount of $ or less. The "thin and crispy" was no crispy at all. I tried it cuz I hadn't been there for a long time, now I know better.

The employees are pretty chill, one of them gave me 10 dollars because he had enjoyed the music I was bumping outside.

Rarely do I leave a bad review, I’ll start off with that. I have been a papa johns customer for years and have always been satisfied with their product. About 3 days ago I ordered some Pizzas and upon arrival the doorbell rang and I walked outside to find the delivery man walking away and the pizza on my doorstep, I said thank you as I had prepaid my order and my TIP. I walked the pizza in the house to my surprise it looked like either he threw it at my door or dropped it somewhere along the way. Tried calling the store multiple times as I have no way of knowing if it fell on the floor and no answer. The app tells me to file a report for a pizza that I was craving 3 days ago and have gotten no response there either. Look at these photos.so much for “better ingredients, better pizza”

Went in person and the person on duty made it right.sometimes simply try king turns the experience around.

I called to make a pickup order and after 2 minutes of the call I was ordering and then they hang up. It was very rude so, I decide to go make and order personally and when I make the order they make the pizza when they have holden their phone and the money. When the lady was giving me my change she had used a calculator and still argued the change was right and she didn’t even give me the change right.it’s unbelievable if I could I wouldn’t even give it a star. Bad service!

Don't order anything from here, my family and I got severe food poisoning. Ordered a large pizza and two orders of wings. Spent 60$. Within 45 minutes of eating the food, I was throwing it up for 6 hours. Almost hospital bound. Tried to call and let management know and they told me they can't do anything about it since no one else called saying they had gotten sick. Sad thing is, I to wasn't going to call and complain but paying 60$ and then getting severely ill for 48 hours didn't sit right with me not to say anything. Sorry Papa John's my family and I wont be ordering from you guys no longer.

They are super busy here - we came on a Saturday @6 and they had a line to pick up preordered pizzas! Their customer service is amazing tho- would definitely recommend come when not peak hour!

I ordered with DoorDash because Papa John's will not deliver to my house, even though we are close by. I ordered Thin Crust Pizza, and it came as a normal crust. We also ordered the Cinnamon Pull Aparts, and they tasted old and dry, like they were made days ago. I called Papa John's because all the mistakes were on their side, not DoorDash. I spoke to the Manager, and he said he wouldn't help us because we ordered through DoorDash. The Manager did not care at all that the order was incorrect and that we were unhappy with the order. Very bad customer service. I won't be ordering from there ever again.

Extremely bad customer service! Don't waste your money or time. Go somewhere else. I ordered throught the phone, paid for my order and never received it at all! The employee hung up on me because I asked him to at least refund me. I tried calling back and no one answers. I'm sure he blocked my number from their phone. I tried calling back the next day and still no one answers. All of a sudden no one answers. Well that was the last time I order food from there. Either way would never eat there food again, what if that employee spits or tampers with my food.

Tried the papadias the other day and all I can say is there to die for! Can't wait to go back next week for more. I plan on having them once a week.

Disappointed on the new NEW SHAQ-A-RONI PIZZA. In the commercial it looks amazing but once I ordered one, like seriously. It looked like the regular pizza from little caesars‍️.

7: 55 at night. Let the phone ring for over two minutes. No one ever picked up. Hope wherever all the store employees are, that they're having fun. Hope especially that the manager knows what's going on over there.

If I could rate my experience with Papa Johns today as a minus 5 I would.generally I am a huge Papa Johns fan but the customer service I’ve received last couple of times really suck! Who hangs up on customers because they ask questions? I’m praying dear Lord, don’t let anyone spit in my food!?
