Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza, Crescent City CA

It's so sad that an employer can keep employees every time I go in almost every employee is new. Almost every order is made wrong nobody has any experience to make it right. Usually this is cause by management or low pay or too much pressure or all thee above it's so sad that the best pizza shop in town sucks cause can't make an order right or forget all about it all together

I like the pizza. The staff are very friendly. They are really good about replacing the pizza if something isn't right.

Service took 45 minutes after the estimated time for pick up and pizza was supposed to be done at 4: 30 left at 5: 15

Ok, the pizzas are great but I expect to get what I order and pay for. Tonight is the 2nd time in a week that I have ordered and paid for a family size stuffed pizza and gotten a 14 in large. I took a picture of the first one and now the 2nd.
My advice, look at what they are handing you and make sure it's what you ordered and paid for.

Wife went in and placed an order. They stopped working on hers halfway through and made a different customer's pizza that came in after her. Not sure why he was given preferential treatment, but not cool.

They Never Ever Answer Their Phones. Then you show up they say 40 minutes. So why can't i order by phone. Last time we ordered it was not not the order we ordered. The pizza was supposed to be withOut bacon and they put Bacon on it. Lucky i guess i did Not have to go to Hospital due to Anaphylactic shock! Called back no answer! Hate this place they keep getting it wrong everytime. This was the very last time i will go there ever! This papa Murphy's does not care. Need new Franchise owner that knows Service is the back bone to keeping their customers.

They were literally out of everything. Preordered ahead of time and when got there they were out of thin crust and majority of the ingredients. Very Disappointing.

The worst service I've received at a pizza place, and their prices has gone way up, I rather get a already backed pizza for less.

Could not find a menu with prices online. They want you to join a club!
No thanks. After getting the pizza it looked scrawny. Will look at options next time.

Complete waste of money. Papa murphys is supposed to be fresh. My boyfriend and I both worked in pizza parlors, papa Murphys being the place he worked so let me tell you, we know bad dough when we see it. Didn’t rise and fell apart even after a few extra minutes of the amount of time it’s supposed to cook. Completely disgusted and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone to make it right. Needless to say, we won’t be going back to papa murphys in Crescent City.

First time there, I ordered two pizzas. Neither one of them was made correctly. Mine was the garlic chicken with no chicken add pepperoni and sausage (it only had pepperoni) and my sons was supposed to be a dairy free pepperoni pizza add sausage bell pepper and pineapple. They didn’t make it so when I went to pick it up I had to ask a confused staff behind the counter where my order was. They then informed me they don’t have dairy free cheese. So I asked they make it without cheese. When we got it it didn’t have pepperoni either. They also had to make our s’mores. So we stood there for 15 minutes and still got two incorrect pizzas. We had ordered hours before. Not impressed. The one person on the phone was supposed to be talking to the customers. The rest were busy and that guy was on the phone. Not well run. The food wasn’t bad, but sheesh and oh I am pretty sure I paid about 7 bucks to much

I bought two pizza's today and the chicken Caesar salad. The salad tasted spoil when I got home. I didn't want any money back. Just wanted them too take their children Caesar salad out of the case and theiw it away before anybody else got sick

First one in this morning. Picked up 3 family size extra thin crust pizzas and a Mediterranean Salad. Happy MONDAY)

Papa Murphy's has good pizza. Over the years, they have made some cut backs towards the amount of toppings they put on your pizza. Not cool. The only reason for 4 stars, not 5.

Used to be 100% great
Now the pizzas taste like fake cheese, barely any sauce this time ours came (without) sauce at all when we asked for double sauce.
The veggies are about half what they used to be, we have enjoyed this place for20 years and now each time we buy I can't even eat it.
We go for the great food not the friend making so all I care is the food has sunk!

I think this Papa Murphy's needs new management. The counter persons are surly, they keep getting our order wrong, the crust is always slopped to one side of the pan and drooping off the other side. We ordered gourmet garlic on one half and gourmet veggie on the other. When we got the pizza home, it has chicken all over it. We request no onions and get home with a pizza with onions all over it. We order the same kind of pizza every Tuesday. You would think they could get it right now and then. If this happens once in awhile, I would think it was personel. Since it happens almost every time, I think it is management! The ppl making the pizzas are not taking pride in their work. That is management failure. Pizza Hut went out of business here in CC. The only other pizza place is Little Cesar's. You would think this would be a time for Papa Murphy's to shine. So far, that is not what is happening.
