Great place to have as IT support. The quality of service is unmatched. Very dependable quality work. Nick is my favorite by far. There isn't an issues this company can't solve in a quick highly efficient professional yet personable manner. My favorite part is that people answer the phones. There are so many awesome people and things about Parachute Technology I could keep write forever. A rare find for honest caring service for sure. I just love this place!

The IT consulting we have received from Parachute has been instrumental in moving my company forward. The business review meetings I have each quarter provide foresight, budgeting assistance, and viability into what has been accomplished. The consistent on-sight support each month is very proactive, and as a result, our network is performing much more smoothly, which tells me that they really are preventing issues from happening in the first place. My team really likes the techs who are always so happy and upbeat. They always dress nicely and arrive on-time. We feel like we can really depend on them.

Everything was so vague and unclear with the last IT company I worked with. Fast forward from 2013 to now.we receive a very high-level of service and absolutely rely on their IT consultation for not only our network, but also in some of the business strategies we develop with our clients. They have an amazing ability to tackle tough projects and we have never been surprised by an invoice. We receive clear communication that is strategic, friendly, and consistent.

I really don't know where we would be without some of the expertise they have provided. It has made a huge impact on not only my team's productivity, but also our ability to deliver a better service to our clients, which I know has resulted in more revenue and a better end-result. I feel so confident in their services that I actually recommend them to my clients, which is saying a lot, as I am putting my own reputation on the line.
