These guys are your worst nightmare! Fraudulent billing. Psychotic staff. I used their service years ago and they are still billing me. Each time, they come up with bizarre stories. FRAUDULENT CHARGES.

I’ve been a customer over 20 years. Even before the current owner purchased the company. Unfortunately I’m done. I just looked at my latest bill. I just got billed $8.45 for one 5 gallon bottle and $6 delivery charge. Total charge, $14.45 for one bottle. Almost the same price as gasoline. Save your money and get your own water.

This company is the WORST! No communication, compassion, follow-up or professionalism and the manager Sara Elizalda is oblivious to customer satisfaction and customer service. For 2 years we had water jugs sitting in our warehouse never rotated and they continued to bill us along with an added unit they claim we had! They disrupted our services one day before the agreed time and they left our (60 employees) with no units or water with 86 degree weather in our warehouse! I am still floored that no other regional or branch manager has reached out to us and that she never put effort to truly help, schedule or grant us the refund due to all the unused water. DO NOT USE THEM.they say one thing and do another.perhaps it is just the Santa Ana branch but whatever you do - document all events as they will try to bill you phantom items or increase prices without acknowledgment.

I have been a customer for about 2 years and absolutely love the alkaline water option. It’s healthy and delicious and I do not have to go buy individual plastic alkaline bottles at the grocery store.
The customer service is personalized. I have a bi weekly schedule and also receive a reminder email prior to each delivery to determine how many bottles I will need. I correspond with my rep via email who is prompt, courteous and always accommodating.
I have no issues with the payment system online. It isn’t as intuitive as a lot of other systems, but that is not a barrier to me. I love the product and the service.

Paradise Water is a breathe of fresh air with kind and efficient delivery persons. I highly recommend this water delivery service.

My company has been using Paradise for a few years and seemingly no issues. Yesterday I call to get an additional 6 bottles of water for the office. This morning they called and said they had delivered 3 bottles in lieu of 6 bottles because there was a bottle issue. I let the girl know that we had not received any delivery. She proceeded to tell me yes they delivered the water outside the door because no one was here. She was adamant that the driver left the water. I let her know that it was very unprofessional to treat a good client in this manner. I asked to speak with a manager, she said she is the manager named Sarah, she then told me she has pictures of the delivery, I said please forward them. Turns out the driver had delivered to another street and address and suite number about 2 blocks from our office. Needless to say, if this company wants to retain my business or any other business this team needs some customer service training. Good luck!

I've been a customer of this service for 2 years, so I feel like I can leave a comprehensive review on the experience. For the basic summary, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You can definitely find a better water delivery system elsewhere.

The biggest issue that it is all billed and handled by phone. There is no online system. You have to call and talk to someone and hope to god that your order was done right because if it wasn't, you might be water-less for 2 weeks because apparently there is literally no way on earth for the driver to get water to you sooner.

I was initially okay with this terrible system because for over a year I lived in a large apartment and we ordered more water than we needed and stored the surplus water bottles in the living room. A few months ago, I moved to a smaller apartment and I opened up a new account. Here's where the problems started. First of all, my account number and phone number kept getting linked back to my old account. There's no way to make the changes online, and even when I confirmed the changes were made, the sometimes when I called, the numbers were still linked to an older account. The second issue was that I needed 2 jugs of water per delivery, but for some reason the delivery man kept leaving 1 jug of water. This happened MULTIPLE times over the past couple months even when I kept calling to make the change. I called and asked for another jug, but they would inform me that it was impossible to get a sooner delivery so I would be waterless for a week. It's crazy to me that I pay for a water delivery service but I don't get enough water that I need so I literally have to go to the grocery store to buy more water.

Last week I was delivered 1 jug (AGAIN), so I got fed up and called to cancel the service and have it picked up in a week (since I was only given 1 week of water again). I confirmed the date of pick up, but the day passed and no pickup happened. I called several times to figure out what happened, and I guess there was a mistake or misinterpretation made on the date of pickup. I was put on the phone with a delivery driver about getting a sooner delivery who told me that it's impossible (but couldn't explain why), and then asked me why would I need to return a cooler at 1 week instead of 2 weeks. I was in the process of explaining that he's been putting out 1 jug of water when I asked for 2 for several months, when he snapped at me and hung up out of nowhere. It was an incredible amount of unprofessionalism that really angered and surprised me. I couldn't believe it.

I will have to say that Sarah and Rachel, who I've talked to multiple times on the phone, have always been really sweet and kind. I'm not sure where the issues with the terrible service lie, but they've been always very polite, no matter how impatient or irritated I get.

All seems normal at first. I worked at this company. The owner and many employees are members of a religious cult. Hence the name PARADISE water. I never had the service. I was worried about poisoning due to Armogeddon.like James Jones.strange conversation around the water filling area.

We cancelled our account with Sparklets to switch to Paradise and the customer service has been night and day. The team at Paradise is communicative and attentive. They check-in before deliveries to make sure you're actually getting the supplies you need. They immediately responded to any equipment issues. And when you call them you actually are talking to a warm body, in their local office, that can effectively assist you in real time. Not to mention that their pricing is competitive and transparent. I highly recommend you reach out for a quote.

This water and their service provided me without a single problem in over a year before I moved to Arizona. The water is amazing. Flouride free and BPA free. The water dispenser makes it ice cold. I started drinking so much more water after I got mine. Thank you guys for the awesome service!
