Paradise Mobile Estates

I've worked with the Paradise Estates community management company and the community leader, Apryl, is very professional and cares about the residents. She ensures the community is clean and is taking initiative to plant lots of trees and make the landscaping really nice. Its a beautiful, quiet manufactured home community!

So happy to have the opportunity to find and live in this community! The homes are great, the community is clean, the area is quiet, and the neighbors seem nice. Wow, what a come back this little park has made since the fire. Beautiful new homes. The Manager April is so kind and helpful. She is really working hard to maintain the beauty, peace and quiet of Paradise Estates.

Love living here due to the diversity of the wonderful people who live here! Great neighbors who look out for each other! We enjoy peaceful evenings in Paradise. Love that I have enough of a yard to enjoy a little gardening, bbq, room for our doggie to enjoy too!

I love this place! My grandma lives here and it's great to visit her. It's beautiful and the neighbors are great!

This is a little community, with brand new homes. The neighbors seem really cool and the new manager Apryl seems to really care about everyone here. I've seen her walking around and pulling weeds herself, to make it look nice & clean. This area has the feelings of the mountains, but I can get to all my fav spots in Chico in 15 minutes. There's even a taco bell nearby and Starbucks too. Ace hardware is down to street too, for all my project materials. I recommend this place as a safe, affordable place to live.

Developers were clearly not from the area. There's no foliage or on ground activities, and it's very tight fit. Backyards are hardly accessible considering you have a septic tank, which doesn't allow for planting or hardly any space for a pet. Hardly any community settings either.

I'm so excited to see this little park rebuilt after its devastation in 2018. This park has all new mobile homes for sale and wonderful residents as your neighbor. It's quiet and clean - a little gem on The Ridge is shining in all its glory. If you're looking for an affordable home to purchase, this is the place to go. They do financing, too. I was impressed how user-friendly they are - a welcoming experience worth bragging about. ;-)
