Nice place to board our fur baby. Staff took really good care of kitty and sent us photo updates of her being very spoiled!

We boarded our male dog for a week when his sister was in heat. I could view the outdoor play areas to see him playing with others. He came back home a happy dog.

Parker likes it there she gets a bath there and I see consistent kindness from the staff towards our family dog!

We were in town for some wine tastings and to see some family in Santa Rosa and our dog's first couple of days were a little rough. We found Paradise Pet Resort and she had a blast at doggy day care and came home clean and happy after her grooming. Definitely recommend.

First time for our two dogs and it was great. The staff were so kind and made us feel so at ease dropping off our boys for the weekend.

So I've been taking my Cane Corso 5 days a week since he was around 6 months old.

The first day is free, and it also serves as a trial to see where your animal fits in as they have multiple spots and even a pool for hot day.

The dollars per day is at a better rate if you buy, say, a week or 2 at a time, and it's totally doable. Especially if you're worried your animal won't do good on there own or might eat the house while your away.

My dog always comes home tired and sleeps well.

I love that he's been getting socialized with other dogs.

I have used their grooming services a few times and I am always very pleased with the results. The cost is reasonable. The groomer is very experienced and always very sweet to my dog and me.

The follow up communication in regards to reservations could be improved. It’s hard to get through the phone. To set up a reservation you go online and submit details and a few days later you get an email saying Hey we got your reservation… maybe an auto reply would help?

Anyhoo… my dogs always come home exhausted. Because they are not neutered they are unable to join gen pop but that being said they always have a great time. Staff is very suited to caring for animals. They are a cute crew but confident in managing the animals.

Staff seemed friendly however it was our first time taking our 9 month old puppy here for boarding and when he came home he had KENNEL COUGH my poor baby was tired for days and needed several medications. Beware!
