Check in service was AWFUL. Margaret at the front desk made this experience the worst experience by far. Having traveled for the last 7 hours and she was extremely dismissive to our requests and making up a TON of excuses not to mention pushing us aside to help someone else and check in took about 45 minutes. First night staying at this resort and I am already dreading this experience. Worst hospitality service I've ever experienced I am SO UPSET!

Beyond amazing resort. It really was like paradise here. The staff were amazing, the resort was very clean and the facilities were excellent.

A beautiful piece of paradise tucked under the Mission Bay Bridge. A perfect spot for families, couples, and tourists to relax and reconnect. It's laid back upscale atmosphere makes it the ideal destination to get away from hectic routines and unwind. They have a large family pool and an adults only pool to accommodate everyone's idea of a relaxing get away. From personal experience I can honestly say their world class spa is by far one of my favorite spots to decompress and recharge. They offer a variety of messages, facials, mani-pedis and even a hairstylist with full access to their suana/steamroom and private jacuzzi for those who book an appointment to one of their many services. As a full time mom and businesswoman this is my favorite place to unwind and get away for the weekend. Tidal, their on-site restaurant is a great place to celebrate special occasions, holidays and business meetings. Its where I had my baby shower and sometimes where I go to impress prospective clients. If I could point anyone to the best vacation spot in San Diego, without a doubt I'd say Paradise Point.

Great place to relax and really enjoy the beautiful resort. So much to do from water sports to walks along the bay. Do the fire by the bay.

Stayed her for two nights - checking in at 4 pm kind of does away with first day. Afternoon of first day was very relaxing and direct access to beach was nice. Next day however - not good - a group of 25 sailboats and a few small motorboats landed directly in front of our complex of bungalows- totally blocked direct to beach area - 25 small kids running around screaming and playing footballs for 1 -1/2 hours - we called the front desk and they said it was public access beach - for landing an armada of boats I don't think so! No exclusivity here. Then around 3 pm a unit in our group of bungalows was rented out for group of 35 party goers - loud music and crowding out adjoining units patio area - lasted until around 11 at night. What fun - NO - your rolling dice to stay here - you pay alot of money for the chance of having your vacation ruined.

Bathrooms need to be remodeled, For the price being charged per night not nice enough. The grounds outside the room weren't nice either. A lot of dirt, trash, bugs, and feathers.

That place, even though the location is amazing, doesn't worth the huge amount of money. For more than 300$ a night I would expect way better, i.e. On the back porch only two chairs but no table, they do nor swipe the floor, and nothing is included.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are adorable bungalow style. Also enjoyed all the young sea gulls learning to fly. Would return again!

Amazing location but under staffed during this covid phase. Hopefully they get the staff up to par sometime soon.

Yes, it's a beautiful setting but watch out for big brown cockroaches and rats at the main pool. They come out at night! Emailed management email and no response and it's been more than five weeks.

The resort is beautiful but we had a few issues when we stayed. The app they told use to use for room service wouldn't open. The soap dispensers had hair on them. The room could have been cleaned better. Found dried food on the floor.

Great location, great views but you will find cockroaches on your bed and spiders all over the room, when I called the front desk they said they don’t service the rooms because of Covid.maybe they should start cleaning the rooms if they want to call them self a 5 star hotel

I do not think $460 i paid per night is worth this bungalow. Pull starts working and then 1.5 h we need to wait because chemicals were placed there. San Diego area is excellent to rest and live. Perfect weather

I highly recommend getting a bungalow on the beach. The views are awesome, the property is quiet and peaceful and tranquil.

It was an adequate place to sleep at. For the very active, you’ll find the price very worth while and usable as there are many activities to do on the island. BUT for average people going from hotel to hotel…. This is not the stay for you. Friday-Monday morning for a standard room is over $1000! And the actual place you sleep in isn’t in best condition. The floor makes your feet black if you walk barefoot a lot. The bathrooms had some bugs in the corners. And the walls are THIN. Our first day here there was a dog barking half the evening by and our last night kids were yelling in the room. Needless to say I’m mediocrely satisfied with my stay. Depending on who you are you may or may not like it here as well.

It's so beautiful but the wait for room service was way too long so my sister gave up & ordered Italian.
