Paradise Sushi & Grill, Rohnert Park CA

Honestly, considering how many places are in Rohnert Park, I can't say I'd really recommend this place. Went here for dinner with family and oh boy where do I start. The server let us pick a table which is fine. However when we received our food we had to ask for plates, napkins and chopsticks which is just? Don't know why that was the case. For an all you can eat sushi place, our server stopped at our table maybe. Twice in the span of an hour? One of the rolls we had marked down initially wasn't brought out. Some of our rolls were falling apart the moment we touched them. The Udon we ordered was about 90% beef and vegetables and 10% noodles, with the beef and veggies being bland and highly overcooked to the point of being tough and chewy. All the while, two tables over was a family with three children who were running all over the restaurant making messes that the poor employees had to clean up after. This part is definitely a management issue because there is no reason that should be tolerated in a dine in setting. I do feel like this restaurant has potential to be far greater, but I was not impressed for my first time here.

Sushi was ok. For the price I would like my food to not sit on the counter for fifteen minutes before I have to point it out before it’s brought to me. I won’t be back but hoping someone has a better experience the me.

Good all you can eat sushi experience. Some of their custom rolls are unique and super tasty.

Excellent. Some of the best sushi I've had. Much better than the downtown location. Sushi chefs don't engage much, but food and service is excellent

All you can eat Sushi, what more can I say. These are not small portions or rolls. This place is great, and I love coming here every time I visit. Staff was quick, and are great at what they do!

The food was very good but the service was very bad, lousy, bad experience with the waitress

CUSTOMER BEWARE: The bill was $56 while the preset tips were set at $21 for 20%. I won't be dining in again even though the food was good. I don't like getting scammed.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: Bill was $55 yet the predetermined tips were set at $20 for 20%. That is a scam and I won't be going back for dining in.
