We decided to get solar to help reduce our electricity cost.
After getting a few quotes, we selected ParagonSun. This was such a great experience from start to finish. Cori and her team were easy to reach and gave us all the information we needed to understand the process and make a decision. We had so many questions (roof replacement, tax incentives, interconnection agreement, battery, etc.) and they were with us at each step of the way. We also did not feel pressured to make a decision quickly which was not the case with the other companies we contacted.
The installation was scheduled quickly after signing the contract. The team arrived on time and completed the job within 2 days.

Cori at Paragon was wonderful. She helped find the correct replacement panels since my existing panels were not available. The repair team was very efficient, calling when they were on their way. They were professional and answered all of my questions. They replace 4 panels and made sure they were working before they left. So glad I found such a reputable company.

We decided to get solar panels as NEM 2.0 was going to expire in few months. That means we need to go through the process quickly and smoothly, and hence have to work with a reliable company that can help us move through the motions.
We selected ParagonSun and worked with Cori. She explained the process from a-z, answered all our questions and was even able to schedule our installment very quickly.
On day of installment, the team arrived on time and completed their job that same day.
Even after installment, Cori has been there when we have questions or concerns.
We recently had a minor issue and Cori was very responsive and helpful. Her team came to resolve the issue almost immediately after we identify the root cause.

The whole experience was great! The salesperson was not too gimmicky and could answer all my questions. They worked hard to find special clips for my standing aluminum roof in order to not drill in to my roof. The price was the best out of the 5+ companies I got quotes from and they helped manage all of the paperwork with the city and the electrical company. Customer service was phenomenal! Highly recommend working with Paragon Sun.

We recently completed our Solar Conversion and had a fantastic experience. The team at Paragon were on top of everything from day one to ensure we met the date we needed. They were always available to answer our 100000 questions throughout the process and kept us informed along the way.

As part of our work we also needed some roofing and a new box to handle the new system. They set us up with some great roofers and an awesome electrician and it was all smooth and enjoyable.

Our system is up and working great and Im already saving money on my electric bills and reducing my carbon footprint.

I contacted a bunch of companies ahead of the NEM 3.0 deadline and had my fair share of aggressive sales tactics, people that weren’t paying attention to detail, and overpriced quotes. But when I found Cori at Paragon Sun, there was immediate relief and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. If anything, she was able to educate me and didn’t oversell me on anything I didn’t need! She even sent her team to confirm details of my roof because I live in a new construction and the satellite imagery wasn’t accurate. The install ended up taking more time than initially planned due to rain and new regulations, but Victor and Cori kept me updated every step of the way and I felt confident that they were taking care of the details. They even helped me to get approval with my very strict HOA! Overall, great experience and I’m happy with my decision to get additional panels and a battery with Paragon Sun!

After calling quite a few other Solar installers I came across Cori and her team. She was extremely professional and very very patient. She did not rush me through the process and took as much time as needed to help walk me through the process and discover what my needs were for our new solar system. She was never pushy and never tried to “up sell“ me. She presented me with all my options and provided the pros and cons of each one. Installed solar panels back in October 2022 with Paragon. Very happy with the outcome. Cori has been guided me throughout the process and very responsive to any questions/concerns either by email or text or phone. Highly recommended to use Paragon for solar installation. It is a turnkey solution including permitting with city and SCE application. I only did the HOA approval which is very easy to do.

Very professional staff. Sales rep was not pushy at all and gave me space. She was very patient and helped me do my own research. She provided valuable information without resorting to sales tricks. The installation was smooth once all the permits and scheduling was cleared away. The team encountered some problems and had to add more equipment, but they did not go back on their word. The system has been working great for a few months now and I’m very happy with their post installation support.

Worst financial mistake I ever made. The rep who sold us the solar used a selling point that we would get 14,000 back from our taxes if we purchased solar through them using the HERO program. When I did my taxes and found out that wasn't true, I asked our rep about it and her response was "well, I am not a tax expert" She also told me our system was offline but it most likely was a wifi error and would correct itself and I ended up with a $5000 electricity bill. This system would have cost me $100,000 if I kept my house for the length of the contract, but I sold my house (and the solar added no value to the sale). Find a better solar company who doesn't just want to rip people off.
