Dr Gill has replaced both knees for me over the last 4 years. I have received excellent care by Dr Gill, Deep, staff at Fresno Surgical Hospital, Andrea (Surgery Scheduler) at Dr Gill’s office, and all office staff. I would highly recommend Dr Gill if you are in need of knee replacement surgery.

Dr Gill replaced both my hips and did an outstanding job. I was physically to the point a could not sit down unless I had my legs propped up, has to one step stairs with a lot of pain, walking was painful and standing up was very painful. Pain now completely gone - back to normal on stairs, standing up, walking and sitting with no pain.

Only thing I would change is I would have gone and seen Dr Gill sooner.

Where do I begin to say how Blessed I feel to have Dr. Paramjeet Gill and his team come into my life?

It would have to begin back in 2018 when my late husband had both his knees replaced. His first TKR surgery & recovery went so successful that he had his second TKR, on the other knee, 3 months later. He then returned to work within 4 months and was very pleased with being able to finally live his life more fully and without pain.

In 2022 my previously injured knee began hurting again and I noticed my limping was increasing, which quickly led to living with pain in every step. I realized I was in great need of the highly skillful techniques of Dr. Paramjeet Gill.
Sierra Pacific Orthopedic was very efficient in securing my appointment with Dr. Gill. During his exam, and with Xrays, he explained my condition completely. He offered different options, with proceedures, and listened to my concerns. His patience and understanding helped me feel comfortable in making my decisions.

It is now 6 weeks since my TKR and I am so thankful today to be begining my new life without the constant knee pain.

I cant say enough about the total experience yesterday, except my husbands cane has mysteriously disappeared. He had total knee replacement by Dr Gill and all went well. Everyone we encountered were super nice and supportive. Thumbs up to them all.

Dr. Gill preformed a Hip Replacement on my right hip! His staff and everyone who helped me are fantastic! He is a fantastic surgeon and really cares about his patients, making sure everything, from start to finish, is done properly and with care. I had a great experience and I totally trust his expertise!

Dr Gill is wonderful. I have seen him & his PA Hardip for years. I count begin to give there a high enough ratings.

I did lab work on 3/28/23. Blood work/ekg/ chest X-ray. In and out in 15 minutes. Great experience!
