Excellent customer service Melany. It was very kind, the office was open at the exact time
Had a storage unit here for over 2 years. They raise your rate every 6 months. Did you know that if you have renter's insurance you don't have to pay extra for insurance on your storage unit? Most renter's insurance covers this type of personal belongings. So I brought in proof of renter's insurance and they told me I wouldn't have to pay that extra insurance premium but they never took it off. That was two months ago. Two weeks ago I called them and they said they would correct it and give me a credit for the charges and they didn't. Today 3/1/23 I called them about it again and the young lady said she was going to fix it and call me back in 10 minutes and two hours later, no callback. I called back twice and they aren't taking my call. I like this place because it's clean and safe but I don't appreciate the run around with customer service. It is simple to do what you say you're going to do!
