Parc 55 San Francisco - a Hilton Hotel

It's highly rated but the room was not as nice as other Hilton properties I have stayed at.
The bathroom and shower were a bit out-dated and showing signs of wear.

The cleaning staff also knocked on my door at 9: 00AM. And came back again an hour later. I would suggest not knocking on doors so early if the guest has not checked out.

Rooms are older and need major overhaul to renovate and update to more modern feel. But we were told we could upgrade to a higher room for $40 a night and went to it and the room smelled like a gym locker room- musty. Also it wasn’t upgraded as far as the room goes, exactly the same as a regular king room just was “higher” for the better view.don’t pay the extra to upgrade.

Very disappointed and unprofessional front desk service. The room next to us was very loud had a party late into the night, so we couldn’t sleep last night, we called the front desk to complain. Also we smelled weed from the AC this morning. I made the complaint to the front desk and asked to change to another room, but they said they can’t because our neighbors “haven’t been loud tonight”! I would rather they prevent in advance, I don’t want to change a room if they’re loud again at 1AM! Very awful customer service! I

This hotel is so discussing! The hotel staff is so rude! Sarah should not be as a front desk customer service person! I checked out as soon as I checked in and d to pay for the night even though the hotel is dirty old and run down! Do not book at this hotel! 1 star hotel, Hilton is going down hill time to switch, I’ve been a diamond member for Over 6 years now but it’s not worth the benefits!

The Parc 55 is clean and close to the action. Plenty of place to eat and shop and 5min walk to the Moscone Center. Always enjoy my stay.

Best view, cleanest rooms, air conditioning in the summer, heater in the winter, does not smell like marijuana. And the location is centrally perfect. The staff professionalism and courtesy is second to none

The staff are professional and dedicated, however the breakfast staff are disorganized and no buffet of this quality should cost more than $15, let alone the insane $35 charged here.
