You desperately need more people. Service in evenings is awful. Your staff is nice and well trained, just not enough.

It was not that good since the full catalog of Expresso coffee options were absent due to machine failure. I had high hopes taking my cousins visiting from Ireland but had to adjust with the bakery only.

My experience was amazing. One note I would have is the prices are a bit high and they are out of stock most of the time, due too how good the pasties are. Also, don’t try the potato Bread it was disgusting. Overall not bad.

Definitely not as good as other locations. It also closes the dining room early. Must be the location and traffic. Because of that, the pastries are not fresh and it tastes like day olds. Better luck going to another bakery or another Paris Baguette location.

I bought this cake on the recommendation of the cashier he told me it was the best for his taste, it was just whipped cream i will never buy a cake there again and i dont recommend them either

Has a very good variety of delectable bakery. They are a bit pricey and the pineapple cake that I wanted wasn’t there.

Overall good place to grab a quick drink and light snack. It’s pretty standard like all other Paris Baguette locations.

Maybe it's because we came on a Sunday at 2pm but still you should have bake foods for people to buy. The display of bake foods was 95% empty. They should just close down if they don't have anything for anyone to buy. We ask the cashier and she said whatever is out on display is it and everything in the back is for tomorrow. I guess this place doesn't want our business. It's is our first time and it was a waste of time even coming here. We could have when to 85 degree bakery and had a better experience.

Went there to buy a birthday cake. Asked the guy to write on the cake and they refused, saying it's not an "even surface". When I said that it's OK and that I already bought the cake he said that it's "company policy not to write on cakes" and that these are direct orders from the "cake department". I'm not sure if he thought he was working for some secret government cake department, but overall that was a really poor customer experience for a simple request to write "Happy Birthday" on a cake that I already purchased.

Would give a 5 star but the worker wearing a weird beanie kept hogging the bathroom for the longest time, consecutively causing my friend Kevin to urinate in his pants a little bit.

Cake had mold growing on it and did not even apologize. Won't be shopping here again.

Always love Paris Baguette. Their foods are well-presented and high-quality, and they have good service. Great ambience and lighting makes it a solid study/work spot as well. Their paninis are also yummy. Parking is easy in the plaza. Wifi is fine. Was not busy when I went for weekday lunch.

Freaking love their pastries and baked goods. I strongly recommend trying them out. And it's a great place to start the day.

The display of desserts that can be purchased looked AMAZING! The staff was professional and friendly.

Had a fantastic experience! Ordered a cake for my mom's 70th birthday. Nancy was kind enough to write something in Korean for my mom on the cake. <3 Excellent customer service and the cakes are yummy! ~

December 23rd, we ordered a cake, paid for it.
December 24th, we had to go back, to pick up the cake, the line was super long.
My Wife went inside to get the cake.
She was told by a female employee, "she has to wait in line like everyone else, first come, first serve ".
We then noticed people were coming inside "after us", not waiting in the long line, getting their orders before us.
When we finally got to the registers, we questioned two different employees about:
having a pickup line and a regular line.
Why they were helping customers that came in after us before us?
They had no reason/ reasons, there were no apologies.
There was no attempt to make things right.
I'm never going back!

I order the strawberry soft cream Christmas cake as my son love cake from Paris Baguette, but I am thoroughly disappointed on the hospitality front. The store ran out of supplies and didn’t bother to alert me ahead of time so we can change cake. Sure, it is not their fault, I would be happy to use different decors replacement, and kudos to their employees to add more decor when I complain the sad state of the cake when I show up. (Think 2 trees and a Santa sitting on a barren land). The manager wasn’t very helpful. I was waiting to speak to her, and I was simply ignored until I go up and ask for her. Note, the cashier had alerted her I need to speak to her. The manager simply keep serving the next customer. She wasn’t very focus when I get to speak to her either. Overall very disappointed.

I have been to this location a few times before, and it was alright to get regular cakes that are on display. But I won’t come back for custom order or sessional online orders.

Tried to call your store many times but the voicemail says "No one to pick up phone call now. Try later. " Are you really a serious business? Is this for real?
