Paris Nail Lounge, Elk Grove CA

This is my go to shop. I am a little disappointed with my last experience. I went this last week to have my acrylic removed after being questioned multiple times why I was taking it off.they finally took it off leaving chunks of it on my fingers and cutting my nails too short. I think this will be the last time I return.really disappointed.

The atmosphere, the ability to easily get a drop-in appointment, the attention to detail of the nail techs, and the payment options are all really good here.

I came in with my daughter which is 6 years old and I asked them if they had time to work on both of us together and was told they did. I noticed they were starting on me first and about halfway through I asked if anyone was ever coming over to start on my daughters toes. I was told rudely she would need to wait! I said well then why was I told we would be worked on together and you guys had time for both of us. I also said if I would have known this I would have gone elsewhere. I won’t be back and this was a horrible first impression. You just lost a regular customer next time don’t lie.

After completed she added $3 for shaping + $5.00 white tips + $5.00 top coat/polish =$48.00
Eyebrow wax right brow more then left due to more hair removal
Needless to say I won’t be returning which is sad I was looking for a permanent place to go since I’m new in the area
