They asked for payment up front, I understand why they'd do that. Some people are losers and force businesses to incorporate practices like this. Just be prepared. It was the first time I was asked to pay first but I get it.
I thought the price was high for what I got and the tech clipped the sides of my nails which causes ingrown nails. I don't know why anyone would do that.
