Park 12 - The Collection, San Diego CA

I house-sit for a friend that lives here every once in a while and I always end up wanting to stay!:) Not only are the building and amenities top tier but I have always had pleasant experiences with the staff. The maintenance technician, Darius, is especially helpful and efficient. After business hours, he arrived quickly to take care of something that otherwise could've been a huge issue. I was thoroughly impressed and thankful, as I'm sure many other residents were as well. Have been meaning to leave a positive review for some time now, you won't regret living here.

This review is specifically for Walker at the front desk. I am a new resident and was out of town when my perishable dog food order was delivered to the mail room. I called the building to ask if someone could help take the package to my unit and unload the food into my freezer.

Walker was so courteous and helpful, right after we got off the phone he immediately took care of the situation. It relieved a lot of my anxiety to have been helped so quickly. Thank you for your assistance!

Just moved into Park 12. Great location, beautiful building with quality finishes and great amenities. Bay and ocean view is spectacular! I love it!

Park 12 Maintenance was super helpful and prompt with fixing my toilet after my son flushed a toy down it.

They were informative and answered any and all questions I had one of the men (Dorius) changed my beeping smoke detectors because he noticed the noise. Very grateful to have such a great maintenance team! Thank you Dorius & Johnny!

I've lived at Park 12 for over 2 years now and have had an overall great experience here. Generally, I don't consider my experience with the maintenance team too much, however, today I met a wonderful and extremely professional and efficient member of the team, Darius. He was so great with my dogs, who indecently barked at him: (showed up quickly and fixed the problem without taking up too much time or space! Thanks Darius!

My wife and I have been living at park 12 for two years and all our needs are always met. Our washing machine broke on us and Darius W knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in less than an hour.

Kudos to Park 12 staff for their efforts.

I currently live here in Park 12 and its amazing! The amenities, view and location is Prime! Also, the maintenance Greystar is so attentive and respond rapidly! Today Darius W.came to complete my request (mind you i submitted last night) and completed it! He is very friendly and got the job done quick and easy.
I appreciate the rapid response to all my maintenance requests and keeping Park 12 clean! 5 stars!

I just moved to Park 12 and we love it! Easy walk to all restaurants, bars, and harbor. And important to me, it's the most pet-friendly place I've ever been. The whole team is great and the people, location, amenities, and views make it a great home!

We came in for a tour and the staff was wonderful. Darius from the maintenance team, especially had a very warm personality

Not a big fan of the building due to the frequent maintenance issues that happen across the building - Tower (flooding, elevators, and hot tub) but the maintenance staff are always awesome. Just got Darius to help out on a issues and he was able to fix it quickly and professionally with great energy! 5 Stars for Darius and the 3 Stars is just for the overall building.

Forget about getting you deposit back, Greystar company has some very incompetent employees, Adison and her manager never answered our phonecalls or emails, to the point we just give up trying to get our deposit back and be aware of baseball games and homeless.

Working with Anthony Shelly is an absolute pleasure! Anthony is very skilled at what he does and it shows, he is always involved with all that Siemens does out there and assist with making all fire life safety inspections run smoothly. He cares about the facility and the well being of the residents! I would feel very safe living at Park 12 knowing Anthony is doing his part. Siemens partnership with Park 12 is one of my favorite accounts and hope to continue our partnership in more years to come.

Park 12 is one of the best complexes in downtown San Diego. The amenities are top notch and the apartments themselves are beautiful. The staff has been incredible since the day we moved in - Adrian in particular has gone above and beyond every time we need something!

Very clean complex and great maintenance team! The office staff is very nice too! I feel safe with the security they have at all times. I love living here!

I had originally written a review and updated it as we lived at Park12, but with all the good and bad that came up during our residence there, the review became a four-page report. Instead, I’ll just post the key points.

Move-in: Disastrous. I’ve never experienced that level of stress, headache, and emotional turmoil before, and I hope no one ever has the experience we had.

Living experience: Okay. With the good and bad experiences everything kind of balanced out. Great social events and good amenities.

Move-out: Probably the best part in terms of the low levels of headache and stress. Everything went smoothly and we're happy it all worked out.

Overall highlights/lowlights: there were 2 floods during our time at Park12, both created headaches and some tense moments. We lived in the Tower and it was extremely rare for all four elevators to be running at one time; be prepped for delays. Petco Park is always busy so you literally cannot be bored. The beach, downtown, and all the great things about SD are within walking distance.

Great building to live in! Friendly staff members who answer questions/concerns in a timely matter. Special thanks to Johnny and Adrian for their prompt assistance and attentiveness when needed. 10/10 San Diego apartment!
