Prices are very competitive and turnaround is pretty reliable at 2 days. The product is reliable and I have been a customer for at least 3 years.

I am so disappointed, unhappy, and frustrated. I sent a a blanket to the Park Avenue dry cleaners to get some stitching fixed from normal wear and tear. When I came to pick it up the stitching they put on was sloppy and barely connected the fabric together. I had it sent back to get it redone. When I came back for it they said they lost it and it might be in their Stockton or Tracy store and to come back in 3 days. I came back, after I came back the stitching was done the same way. I then asked for a refund because I will need to get it done at another dry cleaners. I was told that they have to call the manager to see if I can get a refund or if they will redo it again. I don’t want it redone by Park Avenue I’ve been here 4 times already for the same blanket. I’m very unhappy.

Worst drycleaning job I have ever had. Lapels on my expensive suit became rolled instead of crisp. Wrinkle in back of jacket.seams rippled. Hung it on basic hanger without cardboard protection. Convenient location but go the extra mile.

I came to this cleaners to get my uniform dry cleaned and altered. The first day I came to pick them up they gave me my clothing altered but still not dry clean at all. After the third time of getting my shirt dry cleaned and not pressed the way I wanted it I was over it and let it me.

Been going here for years, always friendly, mostly do my dress shirts, slacks and small repairs. Never had a complaint, prepay, ready in 2-3 days mostly, clean and quick!
