I lived at this property for 3 years. The maintenance staff is wonderful. Any issues are fixed right away. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Before towing cars they send emails to ask people to move their vehicle. During Covid the management company offered discounts for paying rent on time or early. It is a gated community and the gates work properly the majority of times.

If you want your car to be stolen from the complex this is the place for you. I moved here during the pandemic and was content with the complex, the front office staff rotates so never know who you’re going to be dealing with. After my car was stolen they did nothing to reassure my safety or the safety of my other car. The night security guard is never seen. Maintenance guys are the only positive thing about this place. I do not recommend to rent from Western National Property Management.

Last time i left a review it was a 5 review and ive now lived here for 14yrs, unfortunately the past 2- years has been unexpected living here, got broken into my car and aprmnt security is never to be seen landscape is terrible if you live in the back side and laundry rooms have old outdated washers and dryers from early 90s.if you are looking for a safe secure place this is not it.
