Takes a while to get in but worth it wait. Staff will contact hrs advance if slot opens up ahead of appointment. The best Dentist. Communication excellent on care and costs.

I ARRIVED FOR MY 11: 45 APPOINTMENT AT 11: 40 WHICH WAS CONFIRMED THE PREVIOUS BUSINESS DAY. AFTER CHECKING IN AT THE FRONT DESK I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM. AFTER AN HOUR l AGAIN CHECKED WITH THE FRONT DESK. THE RECEPTIONIST SEEMED SUPRISED I HAD NOT BEEN SEEN YET AND CHECKED WITH THE PROVIDERS. ABOUT 5 MINUTES LATER SOMEONE CAME OUT AND GOT ME. THEY TOOK ME TO THE BACK AND DID X-RAYS AND TOOK ME TO AN EXAMINING ROOM WHERE SOMEONE ELSE TOOK MORE X-RAYS. THEN I WAS TOLD THE DENTIST WOULD BE IN SHORTLY. AFTER ANOTHER 45 MINUTES I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE QUITE A WHILE BEFORE THE DENTEST COULD SEE ME. BY THIS TIME IT WAS 2: 30, I HAD TO LEAVE. AFTER WAITING TWO HOURS I NEVER HAD THE EXAMINATION I WAS SCHEDULED FOR.

I’m sorry I’m not happy with my care who cleaned my teeth today December 7,2023 i dont even know her name and she does not even take her time to clean my teeth i do not want to go back with her next time i have appointment i want my dentist assistant back please please name morgan or my previous dental hygienist who does a good job cleaning my teeth and she take her time. Please i dont want to go back to her anymore. Thank you

First time I visited at Park falls dental in ukiah California. All their worker was great. Place was clean. So far my favorite dental office.

Very nice staff. Dr Costa answered all my questions and presented options for me. So happy I have found them!

Great dentistry as always! The young gentleman that did xrays was a true prifessional. He will go far.

The staff are all so nice! My cleanings are fantastic and they are always willing to answer any questions I have.

Not to mention they were very gracious when this one and only time I accidently missed my appointment. I appreciate they found another appointment same day. With as busy as they are that was a miracle!

Dr Barry and his assistant Marie are the best dental team I have ever had. The support staff is very patient and accurate as well: I have changed dental insurance a couple of times and they have made the transition smoothly and promptly: Many thanks Park Falls!

Dental services are good. Scheduling is not so good. Dental hygienist wanted me back in three months. Earliest available was eight months. This has been an issue in the past also.

The receptionists were very nice. They focused on one person until checkin complete/checkout complete.
The dental team was very gentle, explained the different procedures. Answered my questions to the best of their ability. The dentist was super efficient and didn't waste time in identifying the problems and was very thorough in how to reach the expected end outcome.
I felt comfortable, even though the equipment has been much upgraded since my last visits to a dentist.
