Park Motel reviews
15Bugs, dirty, mildew, my door was broken, I had to body slam it open, graffiti on walls, smelled like cigarettes. There's only 15 rooms, it is not that difficult to at least keep it clean.
This place is awful, I got mites all over my body, I had to visit a doctor today because many hives, and rash.
I got a reservation on Expedia because the location close to the Stadium, when I arrived they charge me $20 to use the TV's remote control.
My next door neighbor I'm sure he was selling something because his door was knock Manu times in the middle of the night. The knock seemed to be in my door I couldn't sleep
I DON'T KNOW HOW EXPEDIA HAS THE GUTS TO HAVE THIS DANGEROUS AND FELTY PLACE IN THEIR OPTIONS!
Do not stay here. The motel took our money after claiming there was mis communication between my booking and the payment, which was their error. They also overcharged us what they had initially quoted. This is the LAST place I would recommend. Such horrible workers and thieves.
Wifi does not connect. Card Key does not work and my room was changed. Manager insisted on the $5.
Awful customer service. Is anyone else tired of this Dotted Monopoly on all the lower income Motels? I sure AF AM!
Pros: close to the freeway and free parking
Cons: bathroom faucet was broken, refrigerator did not work, floor filthy, towels were dingy, and falsely advertised “pet friendly”. The establishment has a No Pets Allowed sign when Hotels.com says it is pet friendly. If you do not want pets then change the description. The male owner attempted to reprimand me for having my service dog. The female owner has a very nasty attitude! She never greets guests or thanks us for our patronage. She comes off as prejudice. If you do not like blacks then stay out of our neighborhoods! I will never return.
This is by far the worst motel I've ever stayed in. When we arrived to check in the front desk associate was rude and short with us. She requested $5 in cash and I asked why and she stated nothing but a "deposit". I had booked online at Booking.com and told her I do not have cash, I already paid for the room. She insisted on the $5 in cash and told us there was a liquor store with an ATM around the corner. Once getting the cash she handed us a TV remote, if I would have known that's what the $5 was for I would have refused it as we did not watch any TV. The room smelt like cigarettes and was dirty. The chairs and shower were covered in graffiti, grime on the walls, and the towels were unwashed. There was half a roll of toilet paper provided and nothing else. Having looked at previous reviews we came ready with our own sheets, pillows, towels, shower shoes, clorox wipes, lysol, and raid bug spray (all of which are an absolute must if you find yourself staying here). There was only ONE outlet located behind the TV 7ft high on the wall. Despite all the cons, this motel is INCREDIBLY close to the Banc of California Stadium, less than a 5 minute walk, and is enclosed so it doesn't directly face the street making it feel safer. This motel is very well suited for a one night stay if you are attending an event at the stadium and wish to avoid traffic afterwards, but I would not recommend it for a stay any longer than that.
It was ok. I felt uncomfortable because of tenants. Room was relatively clean. Manager was polite.
I’ve booked in advance through booking.com to arrive at a place which would be closer to Rammstein’s show at LA Memorial Coliseum. I choose to pay at arrival $114 which is already pretty expensive price! However, upon arrival the receptionist told me that I have to pay $5 in order for him to process the payment through credit card! Also, for some reason he gave me and **required** to fill a form with unnecessary info, such as my car license plate number (even though I came without car) etc! The room was dark — some of the lights were not working which made the room gloomy! There were NO electrical sockets beside the bed to charge the phone! — so I had to charge it using the refrigerator’s socket! Some towels were dirty/used! The shower were disgusting — the hot/cold were functioning with delays and pressure was very thin! The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is that — I didn’t find any other option (hotel/motel) nearby to stay! P. S.and I was really upset when I find out that Rammstein actually rescheduled their event (I missed the notification, because I used my second email at ticketmaster.), so, essentially I’ve came to LA from Denver for nothing! (but overall I do really like CA).
Told me check in was at 12 over the phone, I come and they say check in is at 3, I have to pay an extra 30 dollars. Upon arrival, the room was so dirty my feet turned black 2 steps taking my shoes off. Both bathroom sink and shower clogged, and I saw a bug before sleeping They then told me they couldn’t give me my deposit because the room was too dirty. Don’t give me an already dirty room then?
Unprofessional and rude.if there is zero i will choose
My reservation was cancelled without notice.
Went to LA and plan my trip to stay overnight and they cancelled my reservation without calling or notifying me. If you are planning to book a room in this place make sure to have plan B staying somewhere else as your reservation may be canceled at anytime and you will spend the night on street.
-1 my assessment is.this is a terrible motel.which seems to have to be demolished.so old and gloomy.the rooms are so gray and dark.furniture probably from the opening.only towels 2 and they are not so fresh and blackened) the toilet paper was started and all damp.when I went and asked for new paper and more towels, the woman behind the window was so outraged.there is no service and amenities.more for all this I will pay $ 80.
You get what you pay for! The hotel and service was amazing. I dined at the restaurant there called Noe. Was amazing and service was great!
Bad bedbugs the shower was too cold or too hot.ok neighborhood good prices get what pay for.owners are not nice.if im broke and need a lowbudget cesspool ill go there again make sure you have your own roach spray and bed bug spray.
The place is simple and peaceful.great customer service. The room has a.c, fridge, a 2 chair table set. Clean
VERY GOOD
