Guy was rude and place is super expensive. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off

Brought in a dress shirt slacks and a tie for cleaning. Also needed a button repair. I didn’t even think to look at how much I was being charged. $18 for a button repair. I called back after I left the parking lot (less than 10 minutes) to cancel the button repair and told me the work was already complete. I go back to pick my items up and one employee tells me my total then the owner comes out and tells me that’s wrong and tries to charge me an additional amount for the button repair. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never again will I go here. Previous owners were awesome.

I brought in two ties to be dry cleaned. One of the ties was returned with the point frayed like a paintbrush. I didn't notice it until I got home, I threw out the tie and never went back to this establishment.

I took my skirt to the cleaners, she I took my skirt in it was black and white, when I returned to pick it up, it was no longer black and white, it bled and looks like red or pink is seen through out the skirt, I did let him know that my skirt did not look like this when I dropped off. I had to pay in advance. Will NOT go to this cleaners again. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I RECEIVED.

Definitely -0! Hands down the worst customer service from the old man, I'm assuming is the guy running the place. The first time I walked in there and asked how much am NFL jacket would be he quoted me $30.00 and was extremely rude. This old grumpy man is the reason why I chose Willards dry cleaning. They were friendly, quick and charged $12.50 for my jacket. In all this rude old man that overcharges people lost a customer to another great dry cleaning service that's honest and friendly because of his terrible customer service and attitude!

I wish I could give 0 stars. The first time I used this cleaner was a few years ago and they did not complete the service by the promised date and time. I recently decided to give them another try since they are close to my house. Huge mistake. Once again the service was not complete by the promised date and time. I explained that needed the items for work and they went on and on with excuses, made a phone call and then advised I could return in 2.5 hours to retrieve my items. I returned and they gave me my pants with the wrong shirt. I waited another 20 minutes until they located my shirt. Huge hassle and inconvenience and the employees didn't really seem to care. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THIS CLEANING SERVICE.

When I picked up my clothes that were to be hemmed the bottom of all the pant looked bubbled if that make any sense. Will never come here again. Just looked unfinished
