Overall very good service. My only concern is that appointments have not always been on time.

Told all my work was covered by insurance, and paid in full. Months later, with no communication from them, I get referred to a debt collector - yes, debt collector - to pay something outstanding because apparently they messed up. I paid immediately upon receiving this threatening debt collector mail. I phoned up to try and talk about this - person on the phone didn’t have a care in the world. Cancelled all my appointments and will never go back. This is what happens when you have zero customer service, and treat people as ATMs. A small courtesy phone, email, text saying we messed up your bill BEFORE referring me to a debt collector would have solved all this. What a joke. Avoid.

Best all around experience from Leilani assisting me, I'm older, filling out forms, one screen to another, thank you for your patience and kindness. To Chris, xray technician, who has six sisters, he's the only boy, is probably why I felt so at ease talking with him. To Dr. Nuygen, who looked at my x-rays and numbed me, with some gel, to prep me, for the real numbness, the needle. It was a little cold in office, I was thinking I should have worn long sleeves, just than this girl came in, with a blanket throw (I could feel the heat) it just came out of dryer. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, Thank you for being so thoughtful. X-rays revealed I had infected tooth, way up in the back. I've had a few pulled in my day and know the difficulty it entails, as oral surgeons have pulled the last two for me, I was sure this would be no different. Dr. Good Looking, I'm sorry, I don't remember his name, pulled my tooth with such ease, it was so quick and painless. It took more time to clean out the infection, Thank you guys so much! I was lucky to be part of your Serv Day, you got a new patient for life!

This place is very bad, and I put a lot of patience in to them. I'll start with the positive - Lisa at the front desk is friendly and awesome. She runs the show there. The office also has an emergency line which I used to think was good. The experience I had with the head dentist was great, both the one time I saw him (Because they let me see him given all the issues I was having), and he handled the first emergency call I had where I had a tooth infection that started on Saturday morning (Before they were open on Saturdays) and he prescribed me pain meds and antibiotics to hold me through the weekend.

However, here's where the bad comes in. I have often, at least half of the time I go in there, had to wait at least 30 minutes before I could be seen, and at least half of those times were 45 minutes or more. There were times I scheduled time off of work to go in so I just had to leave and reschedule to come back. So if you're planning to take time away from work to do it, chances are you're losing money you're already having to spend on dental work, by missing work

Once of my first vists there was an instance where, after having some work done and having a temporary crown put on to see if I would need a root canal, the root canal was in fact needed. The first problem was that it was later in the day appointment that time, and maybe the dentist was frustrated or nervous, but her hand was shaking toward the end of the procedure. Not really confidence instilling. So I received the temporary crown, and ultimately went to get the root canal, of which they put my temporary crown back on. WITH PERMANENT CEMENT. I didnt know this until I went to get the permanent crown on, and the removal of the temp crown took an hour. They didn't tell me it was perma cement until I asked if it was, because I assumed that was the only reason it would take so long. To their credit, they gave me the root canal for free after that. And I gave them another chance

Then I got a decent amount of work on my bottom teeth, which are a bit crowded but not TERRIBLE. This was about 3-4 months ago, and two nights ago, one of the fillings they put on came out. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get away from work to get the work in, and called today (Friday) afternoon. They didnt answer after a couple of attempts, and getting them to pick up the phone is another common issue.

I had hoped to wait until tomorrow (Saturday) morning to get an appointment, but I started experiencing extreme shooting pain in that tooth about 6: 15 pm (My body apparently had a way of hitting me the hardest after dental open hours.lol). I called in, tried the emergency line, and was told they'd contact a dentist, and if they couldn't, they'd call me back in 30 minutes (The emergency call center is very good at following up if they don't hear from anyone, which I experienced the first time I had to call them). When I didn't hear from them for an hour, I called back to find out that they HAD spoken with Dr. Nguyen, who said she would contact me, but never did. When I called the call center back, they tried their best to reach out, but did not receive a response. I received an email from the office saying they were sorry I was in pain, and they'd be happy to schedule me for 11am TOMORROW (Sleeping isn't going to really happen this evening).

I've had other moderate issues I just can't think of off of the top of my head, but I've been frustrated with this office for a while. Definitely my fault for sticking around, but maybe I can save you some trouble

Best dental office I visited! I was seen by Dr. Nguyen and she took excellent care of me. I didn’t have to wait to be seen by her and she was very gentle with all the procedures. The staff was also very friendly and explained everything I had questions about. Definitely gonna recommend this office and Dr. Nguyen to anyone who needs dental care!

I love the hygienist. They are always good. There’s always a new dentist. I mean every single time there’s a new dentist. I heard that dentist use this place for training. Front desk is hit or miss. Sometimes they are nice & some times they are rude. They like to cut you off while talking & then call you rude instead of accepting their mistake. And wait time… okay. Don’t schedule an appointment if there’s none. They’ll book an appt for you and then make you sit there for 30+ mins. And whoever is reading this, don’t get laser done. Don’t! It’s their way to make money. It’s not required. I confirmed this with other dentists. They try to convince you to make more money. And office manager is rude too!

No rating, cant post reviw without a star?
So, A front office staff was very rude when I called, I asked why my insurance was charged for a procedure that they did not do and I was told they can charge for any procedure that's in the scope of their work. They charged my insurance a month before I even started getting the work done. Now trying to get work done and can't because they falsely billed for it a month ago.
I will fight this it is wrong and your office definitely needs to change their billing structure and train your front office on customer service!

I m giving 000 star

Most recently I visited this place for treatment. Front desk people are having lack of knowledge on doing the paper work and no proper communication between one another. While treatment going on people come and stop the treatment and asked me to finish the paperwork. After having appointment also you need to wait longer time. After completing the treatment I paid full amount and no outstanding balance. Later received a letter stating that balance due.when I called to the office billing lady told me we made mistake and you have to pay remaining amount. I don't like the service and don't recommend this place.

The wait for this place is so long it's humiliating. I had a broken tooth, and my dentist, she straight up told me that she could do absolutely nothing to save it, and i hv to remove it which was completely false, since another dentist had told me otherwise and fixed it for me. This place is a waste of time and money, don't recommend.

This dental place doesn’t follow time appointment, they don’t enough people working what makes everyone late in their appointments. The front desk works look tired and exhausted about what they are doing, while I was there they can’t even answer the phone because they are so busy with patients. I end up cancel my appointment and left the place, that’s was my first and last time over there.
