From the reviews looks like this could be a class action lawsuit against this facility. The facility provides the same response to all reviews which only asks for contact info yet takes no accountability for any of the numerous reviews. I will be reaching out to all in hopes that we can get the ball rolling on this. This type of care should not be happening to anyone's loved ones.

If I could rate this place lower than a one I would. Totally unprofessional and under staffed. My mom was in for rehabilitation from hip surgery and she has dementia, she was moved to four different rooms in three weeks which kept her world upside down. She caught Covid in her first week there.
The nurses are extremely short staffed and over worked so it was impossible for my mom to get the care she needed. In only three weeks she ended up with pressure sores from not being turn and sitting in wet diapers. The speech therapist determined my mother was having difficulty swallowing so they had her on puree food and my mom refused to eat it so she lost a great deal of weight. They said she had extremely low potassium from not eating and sent her to the ER for IV Potassium and the ER called me and said her Potassium was only one point low. But while she was at the ER they gave her spaghetti and my mom ate it all with no choking. At Park Regency her health was rapidly declining. I had her transferred to another facility and she is striving and eating strong. P. S. When transferred over to the other facility they only sent 25% of her clothing, so I am still dealing with trying to retrieve her belongings! Please check out the facility in advance before you agree for your loved one being sent somewhere you are unfamiliar with.
The management and staff here do not communicate, you get a different story from each person you talk to. It's like the blind leading the blind. You can not trust anything anyone says. I feel sorry for anyone in here who does not have family watching out for them. No sure how this place is still open or how they keep their license.

My husband was in this facility for one night in October, three days after open heart surgery. The room was filthy. His roommate had guests until ten o’clock at night. The roommate was yelling and calling for help all night long, and nobody came to help him. My husband got no sleep because other patients were crying and yelling all night long. The nurses were playing their radios loudly all night long. The next morning my husband told the charge nurse he was leaving against medical advice. She finally gave him the paperwork two hours after it was ready. She called me to ask when I was coming to pick him up, all the time carrying on a loud conversation with someone else. When she put me on hold, I hung up. No one should have to recover in that environment. He received none of his medication while there, which caused some health problems. They sent him home with a bag of pills and no instructions.

This is a disgusting facility, in every definition of the word. The staff is incompetent, no department speaks to each other, I was provided false information and false promises on numerous occasions, the list goes on ad nauseum. Gamilla the "social worker" does nothing to help her patients without constant micromanagement. She set my grandfather up for failure, and discharged him knowing he had inadequate care in place. He was released with no discharge paperwork, no mention of his current state, a bucket of medications he never had prior to his stay, and a clear infection that we were never told about. My family member left that place in worse condition than when he came in. Every department blames the other and have no desire to find solutions. He was lucky to have family watching over him closely, or they would have killed him. You don't ignore chronic illnesses or half of someone's chart. It's pathetic and honestly I'm not sure how this facility is legally open. They claim to follow guidelines and they don't. Bottom of the barrel, awful place.

Stay away.

THEY KICK YOUR LOVED ONE OUT BEFORE THERE READY TO RETURN HOME! THEY TELL YOU TO GET APPEALS (BUT GET DENIED) I GOT MY MOTHER HOME AFTER THEY GAVE HER THE BOOT AND SHE WAS NOT CONFIDENT OR READY TO COME HOME AND SHE FELL NOT EVEN 15 MINUTES AFTER WE GOT HOME AND ENDED UP BACK IN THE HOSPITAL!
0 STARS!

As a former patient I felt that food choices were horrible. They served pre-made meat with fake grill markings. Breakfast is blah. Oh did I mention that all meals come to you cold or lukewarm? They are not clean, allowing the housekeeper to park her dirty cleaning cart in the shower stall. You know, where patients that are dealing with cancer, or recovering from invasive surgeries use? Nurses tend to ignore patients calls for help, gossip about each other or other patients etc. Plenty more issues to complain about like the judgmental DON, Administrator, or the lying supervisors that gave a hospital ER wrong years out of date, med list when I contracted dermatitis from said shower.
Ro, the supervising RN yelled at me for calling her honey, and gave me a piece of her mind on my last day there.

My father died of Covid here!

My father was here admitted here in September. He was supposed to be here so he could rehab. He had a stroke here on November 3rd that further weakened him. I made an appt with Adam and the director of nursing the following week. We discussed his care and his progress that he showed up at St Jude for care of his stroke with cookie crumbs in the crook of his arm. Cookies I dropped for his birthday on October 28th.

During that meeting with Park Regency, I asked - please dress him during the day with the clothes that we brought. We decided to meet again with all departments, PT, OT and psych on December 10 for an assessment. We had agreed that if he didn't progress, that we would take him home. We didn't want him to die there.

On Dec 9th, my mother called my dad in the afternoon. We were told that he was rushed to St. Jude again. He had a high heart rate. They told us they left a voicemail. Seems to me this is the kind of thing you would continue to reach a family member, but that's me. They also called me and left me a voicemail at 830am.

I called and spoke with the nurse Girly and she read me the notes "he didn't look good! He was lethargic etc. She said that she would call the hospital and get an update.

By the time I hung up, the hospital was calling to let me know he had tested positive for Covid. Girly then called me back and said "yes your dad was admitted for atrial fibrillation. "

Things moved pretty quickly after this.

The next day was supposed to be our meeting with Park Regency for discharge planning. Instead I was signing hospice care orders at St. Jude.

My dad died alone in Dec 11th. 3 months after he was admitted here. We weren't allowed to bring any food. Because they were afraid we could give him Covid. Instead someone else there who works there gave him Covid.

Today is December 22 - it's been 11 days and Park Regency has not even bothered to offer condolences.

My Father is currently at Park Regency recovering from Covid and I can not say enough about how the nurses and Social Worker called me within the 1st 24 hours to let me know what their plan of care was going to be and what to expect. Since I’m out of state this meant the world. Thank you Park Regency for giving such good care to my dad!

BEWARE! I couldn’t give them 0 stars. My Father was here in August 2019. He was to be there for 5 weeks to receive IV antibiotics for a slight infection in his hip. He left almost getting both feet amputated. They tried denying it, but I have the pictures to prove it. They overmedicated him, despite paperwork and constant pleading. I could write a book on what Dad endured while in their care. He was sent to ER twice. Please BEWARE!

This is a great community with a lot of dedicated staff. Tour with Ryan and you will see how he dedicates 100% of his time to give you all the information you need and ask all your questions. Same for all the other folks.
