I've lived here for a little over 2 years, so far no complaints except my rude upstairs neighbors who play loud music and do other things loudly (always with their window open) in the middle of the night, wish there was a way to deal with it because I've tried to no avail

I have had nothing but great experiences here. Kiyomi has always been extremely helpful and attentive. She responds quickly, has the upmost respect for you, and actually listens to what you have to say. To me, this goes a long way, and I am very appreciative. Thank you!

Loved the upgraded apartments they had available! The touches made the apartment feel warm, inviting and fresh in comparison to other communities I viewed with my mom who is looking for a new home to rent. Kiyomi was PHENOMENAL! She answered a ton of our questions without getting annoyed. She was very informative, kind and thoughtful with her approach! If my mom were to rent there it would definitely be because of the customer service Kiyomi provided to us.

Overall, I love living at Park Ridge. The maintenance team is so incredibly efficient and helpful, and I have had great experiences with Susan and Derek in the front office. The complex is pristine and beautiful.

However, I must express just how supremely awful parking is. If you have more than two cars amongst your roommates, this is NOT the place for you to live. I had my car towed a month ago, and my roommate just had his towed last night. You are just given one assigned covered parking space and one parking pass, but the odd man out has to park in the guest parking spaces at the very front of the complex. This would not a terrible thing if there actually WAS parking available in guest. Unless you get home from work at 1 or 2 pm (which most people do not), there is almost never a space for you to park. The signs that say “visitor parking” are also very small and unclear, so it is easy for people to think they are in the correct spot and then get their car towed. I had to pay $325 to get my car back, and was not given any sort of warning at all. I also had an awful customer service experience at G & C towing.

I understand that parking is an issue in most housing complexes, but this issue needs to be fixed. Visitor parking absolutely MUST be expanded because there are around 200 units in Park Ridge, and a handful of visitor parking spots is just simply not enough for everyone.

Management team, please please please fix this issue for the sake of everyone living here.

My wife and I have lived in Parkridge for almost 7 years. We have had an amazing experience living here. Ashlee Yap, Susan Kong, and Derek Weaver has treated us in the most friendly and respectful ways. We have gotten to know them as well as they have gotten to know my family; Mikayla and two children Alex and Remy. The wonderful maintenance crew has been exceptional as well; Eugene, Josh, Jason, and Paul. I recommended Parkridge Apartments to any of my friends and family. We were not treated as tenants but apart of the Parkridge Family. We thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. We have made so many memories living there. We love and appreciate you all.

The new greyer and grey paint scheme is depressing. The landscape is pretty good and maintenance is very good. The biggest flaw in the whole complex is the rental office. The two women that occupy a desk/office are not to be trusted.

I am a new tenant to Park Ridge and the Rohnert Park area. I have experienced living in not so nice apartments with less than stellar property managers before and was quite nervous in my search of the Rohnert Park area as I was not familiar with the North Bay at all. I checked out many apartments before making a decision and Park Ridge was by far the cleanest and most professional of the 8 complexes I checked out. Derek Weaver made the process easy, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to help me in my situation. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, and centrally located apartment managed by professional staff, I highly recommend Park Ridge.
