Park View Estates, Merced CA

I lived at Park View Estates for 2.5 years and left in 2022. I really loved it. I moved into a recently renovated apartment on the 2nd floor. They have redone the landscaping. I liked the size of the bathroom and all the sunlight I received in my living room. I made sure to get a living room that faced West so I could enjoy sunlight in the afternoon/evening. Parking was free when I was there. Management changed about a year into my living there, and Management was just as great as the previous management. Jennifer was very helpful and kind and responsive and timely! I rarely had an issue, but when I did, Jennifer made sure it was taken care of and would check in to make sure it was taken care of to my liking. I lived on my own and always felt safe, and appreciated how quiet it was (I lived towards the back of the complex). And the rent is very reasonable. I miss that apartment. I would walk to Target right across the street or to my gym (Planet Fitness) also essentially across the street. I loved this place.
