2 Customer service is as important as the service that is provided. The needed service was provided and provided promptly. However, as a paying customer, Angel, I don't deserve to be spoken to and treated like I am an annoying inconvenience in your day. You didn't treat me with outright hostility, but you also didn't attempt to offer me a single ounce of respect, politeness, or courtesy. In other words, you didn't offer me the type of professional, quality conduct with which you would normally treat a paying customer.
I'm a working man, just like you, so I'm not asking for a red carpet treatment whenever I come to your place of business in need of your services. But I would have at least appreciated the bare minimum of a friendly smile instead of an annoyed grimace. You literally ignored me when I first approached you with a friendly smile and asked you how your day was going. Instead, you asked me, "What do you need? " with apathy and disinterest when I approached you for help.
They repaired a tire on our medium duty truck on short notice and got us back on the road. We appreciate the fast service!
