The pathetic excuse for women who work here are terrible at their jobs. They have a bad attitude EVERY time and don't help with any questions. Why “work” here if you’re incompetent?

The people behind the desk couldn’t care less about helping you. They need to hire people that can actually pay attention to the people they’re talking to, and care about helping them. Their employees are basically zombies, staring off into space, mumbling, won’t even look you in the eye because they know their “business” is just scamming others for minor parking violations. You’d think they’d at least know how to do their job, but they can’t even do that correctly, considering I had to explain to them what to do. This place is in a building that looks abandoned and is incredibly hard to find, with no directions or signs, besides telling you you’re on camera. Very shady and dilapidated building. A joke of a business that makes money by causing others pain.

Scammers taking advantage of their power.
I got a parking ticket when the plates and bike are out of country. I even showed them a picture of the bike and didn’t match with their picture they have. They even admitted saying is not the same bike. I showed them all the proof and still they want me to pay.

Very rude women who don't want to help! They provide different information. I had to go there 3 times, but I never got a parking permit.
