8Such a sweet community and clean! So clean! The instructors for classes are really kind and do actually know what they’re doing. I recommend the pilates class with Doug or gentle flow with Lesley.the hot tub and steam rooms are perfect and they have a digital lock so you don’t need one.
I have been coming here for several years and love the water aerobics. Staff and trainers are great!
I am addicted to water aerobics. We have the best instructors! Classes have been added because of limited participants.
To his is the best health club in the Bay area from it's clean pool and hot tub to it's a number one staff that are always friendly and helpful park point can not be beet when it comes to over all health and fitness but remember you get out what you put in
As a Parkpoint Club member you meet the nicest people! The Sonoma staff are always friendly, helpful and there to serve. Clean and organized the facility reminds me of a 5 star resort. Couldn't do without a daily visit to my favorite club. Thank you!
Parkpoint is a local foundation for fitness in Sonoma county. The facilities are immaculate, the equipment is always evolving and top of the line. They have amenities in locker rooms as well as hot tubs and a sauna. The staff are friendly as well.

2 bathrooms on the workout floor and heavily sprayed with deodorizer instead of cleaned. YUCK CLEAN UP INSTEAD OF POISONING THE AIR
