We’ve been using Parkside for over 20 years! Very satisfied with their honesty, service, and professionalism. My son and I are Realtors, landlords, and do property management. So having a trusted appliance repair company is very crucial. Our last need for their services was on our 5 year old dishwasher. They were on time for our appointment, he then quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate for repairs, including the parts which he had on the truck. Thank you again!

I came by and left my name and telephone number to be called. I never received a call back. That was probably a month or two ago. I’m not very good about calling back myself. I’m trying to call today and it won’t even take a message during business hours. I live in the neighborhood, Doesn’t seem like they want business very much. I was trying to keep it local. Oh well.

I had nearly been ripped off by a local repairman who told me the motor needed replacing, which wasn’t true. Fortunately he never followed up and I found Parkside Appliance. Rick’s a busy technician but worth the wait.
