I really wish I had read the reviews before buying Parkwhiz parking as part of my ticket purchase through Ticketmaster (who also sucks, btw). I was supposed to receive a confirmation email from Parkwhiz when I bought my concert tickets. Never arrived. And they claim they have no record of my purchase. When I contacted Ticketmaster, they told me they don't refund parking even though I bought it through them. Both companies should be investigated for stealing from their customers.

UPDATE: I really should have made this a review of Ticketmaster, as that's who originally sold me the ticket. Ticketmaster did finally acknowledge its error and issued a refund for parking, and I ordered parking again (this time directly through Parkwhiz) without difficulty. I'm still not feeling particularly warm and fuzzy toward either.

I’ve bought parking in conjunction with a Balboa Theatre concert. I ended up being parked in a homeless camp with no lights for the parking lot spot. I felt very uncomfortable I will not use this outfit again and also they charge me $90.

Unlike concert events, sporting events and entertainment venues that refund customers instantly for a canceled event, Parkwhiz pockets the money from thousands without delivering a service. Their license to operate should be pulled in The USA. Good luck getting any customer service, they have none. Do Not use the Parkwhiz App. Find other ways to park for events. Disreputable company.

I bought my parking pass when I purchased my tickets for an event at the Hollywood Bowl. The tickets never came. I found out the day of the concert there was an "error with the parking pass. " I never heard back from ParkWhiz help email. We wound up having to pay 3 times as much as the original pass. I hope I NEVER have to go through them again

Parkwhiz is a total scam! Stay away! I wish I could give them zero stars. Bought parking months in advance for hollywood bowl only to be told the day of the event my parking was invalid! Complete scam!

Horrible customer service! Website says you can cancel reservations but when tried to cancel a reservation have had nothing but roadblocks that resulted in my being finally told it was past a deadline to cancel. Avoid!

Our lot was overbooked so we had to pay to park a second time elsewhere. Customer service is non-existent while trying to get a refund

ParkWhiz is a RIP-OFF. My parking at Bill Robertson lane at the LA Memorial Coliseum was overbooked. I had to pay again at a resident driveway. I have still not received a refund! NO STARS!

Scam company stole my money and hung up on me when I called to get my money back. Reporting to AZ attorney generals office immediately.

My company garage was just taken over by this firm and it's horrible. They removed all onsite pay stations & only use their app. The app & website are poorly setup. Costumer service in pretty much non existent. If there was a negative star rating, this company would get it.

This company is a scam. They sell passes for premium prices for spots they do not have, force you to park far away in order to use your reservation, then refuse to offer any compensation or refund to make up for the inconvenience/price difference for parking so far from your event!
Don't fall for it!

Paid for venue parking at Hollywood Palladium in advance of the event. Presented code at the lot entry and was asked if it's ParkWhiz and then told the lot was completely sold out, "Try the guys across the street. " Waited in a line to get into the structure across the street and paid $30. Could have been worse, but I don't dig it when people take my money. Emailed them for a refund of $18 for the difference I had to pay because of their scam. Will see what happens. Don't do it!

Scam paid 40$ to find parking for event showed up to the location with no one to validate / no license plate entered and the place was only 5 bucks for all day
