Don't even consider moving in, I know several people that live there and they always have so many issues. Buyers beware.

As others have mentioned, these are privately owned condos, not apartments. This is a wonderful quiet community. The people complaining about people complaining about their kids being loud.who likes listening to loud kids running around and stomping? It's understandable that people complain about loud children running around. We should all be considerate of others.

Nice quiet and safe community next to police station. Well built units with minimal noise from neighboring units.
