Parliament Brewing Company, Rohnert Park CA

My first time at Parliament, and every subsequent visit, have been nothing but exceptional. One of the co-owners, Adam, and his brother had a long conversation with me on a slow night a few months after Parliament had first opened. They walked me through how they make their beer, brewing micro batches and tweaking ingredients adding some coffee beans here, some vanilla there, subbing out different hop varieties until they had something they wanted to bring to their patrons in a larger batch. The two brothers and their dad who opened this brewery are from Maryland, and I believe they have created some of the best beer I've ever had by bringing together styles from both coasts and beyond, and making it their own. Whenever I am up in the Bay Area, I make it a point to stop in and try what's new because there is always something top of its class on tap! I am excited to see how this brewery grows and am happy to support them with my business and review. 5/5 highly recommend!

The food truck is a lie! Check twice, before people lure you into ordering beer without the existence of food. Beer was okay, but I do not like being lied to. Even if those people sell beer.

Absolutely one of the best breweries I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience. The beer (and the selection is fantastic) is always of the highest caliber. I’m particularly fond of Prism, Kaleidoscope, and the Pils. Though I’ve just this week revisited, and can confidently confirm that some newer options such as Frenzy, Crash, and Just Citra are also stellar. One thing that keeps me coming back to Parliament is the attention to the craft of producing their beer that is front and center every single time. Their beers continually stand out in a field flooded with mediocrity. They look good, smell good and taste good, and over the past few years they’ve only continued to improve and impress. Additionally, they have a beautiful brewery and patio, supplemented by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The whole experience is always stellar top to bottom. Highly recommend.

Excellent beers. I'd prefer a little more warmth with a wind barrier somewhere and a few more plants for ambience but I like to place a lot

Please offer more of the traditional styles, such as golden, amber, kolsch, English style ales, porter, ESB. More session ales please. Nothing against hazys, double IPAs and stuff. A couple of lower alcohol ales is what many of us want sometimes. Anybody else agree?

Always good beer, always a great selection on new brews. And mostly great food trucks.
Music is a dated but you're there for the beer, right?

Great variety of hazy IPAs, food truck on site when we went, the bartender was super friendly. Worth the stop. Outdoor seating with heaters and a few seats inside. Clean bar.

This is my favorite place to hang out. They have some of the best beer in Sonoma County and a nice rotation of food trucks. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, Adam and Taylor do a great job running the place. They host a great trivia night on Wednesdays too!

Great family brewery with excellent beer and beer choice. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Wonderful place to spend the afternoon. Love both the indoor and outdoor space and the food trucks!

Great brewery & delicious beer! Family-friendly! We go on Sundays and they always have a food truck outside offering some grub. They have board games as well and a projector to watch SNF!

I had a great time here. I met long-time friends for beers, and, being Wednesday the Taco Truck was here. (¡Excellente!) They have a lot of great beers on tap, and the "crowlers" is not a mis-spelling. ~25 ounces in a custom aluminum can is a nice way to go. If you are like me, finishing a 12 ounce can or bottle leaves you wanting more. This is the answer! Try the some of the tap brews and get cans or crowlers of your favorites to go!

Do yourself a favor and visit. You won't be disappointed!

Still the same great beers, the taco truck is back, and the folks working the taps are friendly & fast. Check out their offerings, and try something new!

2023
This is still a great place to get together, and the on tap offerings continue to evolve. Several iterations of California-style IPAs, (my personal faves) as well as pils & stouts are available. The taco truck was there again this Wednesday, and I really think that they have actually gotten better. They were good before, but I really REALLY enjoyed my Carne Asada Super Burrito. Pairs well with the Green Balloon IPA.

Great Beer, outdoor space and the friendliest staff. Adam is always meeting and greeting which is always refreshing seeing ownership. Can't say enough Great things about this place.

The Parliament crew are always awesome. Today they had a BBQ food vendor. It's a newer place with plenty of tables. It's also kid friendly.
