Parlour Eleven was amazing all around the board. The interior was very clean and stylish; The staff were all very friendly, and most importantly, they’re very good at what they do. I had Zack wash and cut my (mens cut) hair, and it turned out fantastic. He’s a very personable and intelligent gentleman. Zack’s wife took my payment at the front desk, whom also shares the same positive traits. Really wholesome and proficient business. ~

On a long vacation at HB I needed a haircut. On checking reviews I chose Parlour Eleven. I was pretty nervous as I’ve had the same hair stylist for 17 years! The salon is bright and trendy, they were all very welcoming. Jenni was fabulous, I have short, fine hair. Jenni took her time with the cut, she was very precise. I am so happy with my new cut, one of the best, neatest cuts I’ve had in a long time. Bit on the pricey side compared to the U. K.but worth it. Thank you so much, I’ll be back next year.

I had a great experience with Lisa. She was kind and listened to my ideas for my hair. She heave me one of the best hair cuts I have had and I got so many compliments. I would definitely recommend this salon.

This is my first time ever getting an actual haircut at a salon and I could honestly say it will definitely not be my last! My stylist was Lisa Genelle and she was AMAZING! From the consultation to the end result it was an amazing experience. Lisa DEFINITELY knows what she's doing and I got up from that chair happier than a kid leaving a candy store. The amount of compliments I received was insane! Thank you Lisa for hearing me out and helping me gain confidence on rocking my natural hair!

I was suggested this salon by a friend and they said they would trust anyone there. I took the first available appointment with Lisa Genelle and I am very happy with my results! I haven’t been able to get my hair colored for almost a year and my regrowth was very, very bad. Lisa went over all my options and talked about my goals and asked for inspiration pictures. I didn’t really have an end goal because I change it up all the time so I didn’t give her much to work with. She took my vague suggestions, and nailed it! She was also very professional and kept me updated on how much time everything would take. I will definitely be back to see Lisa again!

Parlour's staff Lisa was unprofessional. She made me wait all day and never gave me a hair cut.

Lisa Genelle is a master in the art of hair! She listens to what you want and she delivers! She’s amazing and takes her time in making you BEAUTIFUL! Isn’t that why we as women go get our hair done! I’m new to Huntington Beach and I read the reviews about her and decided to book an appointment! I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! She’s truly amazing! I got my hair done by Lisa Genelle and it came out wonderful! When I walked in, my roots were way long and my color was just a mess! She took the time to explain to me all the different avenues we could take and it really helped me understand what would be best for me and my life style. Tera nailed my tape in extensions! She motivated me to finally take the plunge and get me to the hairstyle I've always wanted but was too impatient for my own hair to grow. A quick "glow up" indeed. She instructed me on how to care for them and keep my real hair healthy too. I'm addicted! She is amazing- Highly recommend!

My girl Shelby is always killing it! Absolutely love her and trust her opinion. I go to her for fantasy hair color and she chooses the perfect color combo for my complexion. I’ve seen the other artists here doing absolutely amazing as well. Everyone here is very on trend with the hair styles. My hair stylist is @paintitblonde on Instagram, definitely take a look at her work! They’ve been following all COVID-19 precautions. Everyone where’s a mask, hair stylists wear gloves, dividers between stations and front door open for air circulation!

Just took my son to get his first haircut. I couldn't be any happier with the result. They are super nice and make sure to keep kids entertained. She was super patient with Sebastian. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience for us.
